Using Asana to help keep track of all work projects being delegated per team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Asana board is so to organize, simple, and easy to use. I also like the feel of the time board and makes much sense as a layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it is not as simple to learn as a first time user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding hard deadlines for yourself, team, and co-workers.
Great quick ticketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the speed of set up, it is really easy to set up anything from a project to a small task. We use it as an agency and everyone from developers to designers and account managers like working wth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
the larger-scale project becomes harder to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our agencies ad hoc ticketing the benefits are that it doesn't take us too long to set up a ticket and get work done. It integrates with our orther systems too.
" A perfect collaborative software"
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing feature of this tool is that we can invite upto 15 members free to our organization which is a good thing. One can track all the progress of their work in one platform by this and one can say bye to all those mails, calls etc by using this. Also the interface is clean and simple which is quite fast and take no time to load. Also we can set option of reoccurring tasks for things which must be completed monthly like payroll imports etc. I like this software well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the price of this tool is very high and needs a mid range pricing tires for entrepreneur for taking advantages of pro level features. Also one of the things that I not liked is that while marking the completed task if you mark multiple tasks which sometimes updates lists and shifts a bit so you can click wrong one. That's it about this. Moreover I like this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using this for manage our daily tasks. Now their is no need to send mails and chats to our members , Asana organize everything by companies objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
However it is a collaborative tool for me. One can manage tasks by this software and track the real time progress of his company which helps and eases a lot.

Asana is a beautiful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana has made our company more efficient. You can assign tasks and give deadlines. You can make substasks and people things on a Kanban board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how, if you are following so many tasks, it's easy to get lost. It also floods your email inbox.

Asana is used for task management, as well as project management.

Asana is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. Other similar tools are very rigid and structured to keep users 'inside the lines'. Asana let's users be more natural which really works within a marketing organization, which requires the ability to change quickly.
Asana also offers things like email import which is a great way to intake work requests, especially from someone who does not have an Asana account. Forms are also a great way to intake tickets in a clean and concise way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some Asana tools like the email import or email extension for Outlook feel only half baked.
For example. Email import strips all rich text from your message leaving you with a mess of plain text that needs triaging on the other side.

We use as to manage our companies entire marketing operation as well as manage the work flow of keeping our in life product information accurate and up to date. It has been an incredible time saver and users are excited to use the software compared to other solutions we have tried.

If you need something that is easy to manage and offers simple, yet advanced functionality to your team Asana is likely your best choice.

A Very Intuitive Collaboration Software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very user friendly. You simply click a task, and you can update it on the lower right side of the screen. Click another task, and you still edit it on the same spot. There's no loading time at this point, and you don't even need to read the help articles in order to begin updating your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scrolling down to find a specific task to update can be a chore. Trello's horizontal boards and horizontal scrolling are more beneficial in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, no, I have not encountered any problems with Asana except for the vertical scrolling problem I defined above. It also helped me streamline my workday by showing me a list of tasks I need to do, all in one page.
Great project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it super easy for teams to collaborate. I like that it is easy for me to work on projects with my entire team and see what everyone else is working on. It gives the bigger picture of project progress and who is accomplishing what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like at the moment. It took a few weeks for me to get comfortable with the software, but once I did it absolutely made my job easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy for me and my team to stay organized. I can see what I need to do on a project versus what has already been completed. I can easily assign a task to a teammate with all the information and files needed for the project in one place.

Make sure you pay attention to keeping items private if you use Asana companywide. I’ve run into issues not knowing what is shared or not shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to stay organized and on task. If I feel that I am unsure what action item I need to be working on, I just open up my Asana and direct my attention to the task at the top of the list. Asana also helps me keep track of ongoing items that have future due dates.
Missing the Mark
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for task management. You are able to easily see what everyone has done in your group and the progress being made on a project. The interface is easy to use and read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want something more than a task management app. I want to be able to manage my tasks and be able to manage my people. I cannot do that with this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one thing we can do now is manage task in real time. I do not have to ask for a follow up on a task.
