A smart, easy to use, and interactive Productivity Tool - Smart Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very easy to setup and you start using it in a few clicks.
Create teams and invite team members easily.
Allow teams to see only the projects they need to have sight of.
The reporting provided by Asana is straightforward and the dashboards are quite helpful for decision making.
Notifications and reminders come straight to your email so you easily track project deliverables.
Never miss a deadline again.
Asana includes a discussion board which enables users to share ideas/notes on a particular project (best for shift work, if team members are not collocated, provides extra details for work tasks).
Asana has got a modern interface showing panels to group your main tasks, further task details for selected task on the right panel and a side panel to show all the Main Menu items.
Asana provides integrations with most other business tools such as Office 365, GMail, Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Slack, Chrome browser etc.

Sometimes the email notifications become a nuisance if not configured and managed properly.
A tad too much marketing emails may fill up your mailbox unnecessarily, you need to tune up your preferences accordingly.

Asana is helpful to share project resources and keep track of milestones
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, it is easy to use and friendly for all parties involved in the project execution and monitoring stages. It is simple to invite others to participate and to track completed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my project management needs, Asana covers the basics. Better exporting capabilities and the ability to assign tasks to more than one person would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep all projects and tasks in one place, along with the key stakeholder's participation and submissions.

Evaluate your needs carefully, since there are multiple options to manage projects. Make sure you are able to easily communicate with all project stakeholders to guarantee project success.

If you share between multiple companies, the company domain that pays for the software can easily create and modify fields, while the others cannot.

Good stuff! Helpful, and flexible. Setting up the categories and taxonomies will greatly help leverage Asana!

Asanas simple interface along with a modern design make it a great workflow management tool.

There is a learning curve attached and its lack of structure may initially cause some anxiety but it is worth the effort to learn.

Highly recommend going through training videos and how to before you start evaluating the product. It's very capable for the right type of projects.

Projects and the ability to upload spreadsheets. And being able to click into my colleagues' profiles to see their progress on projects.

To those a bit less tech savvy, it can be difficult to grasp. However once someone does get their head around all of Asana's functionalities, it's great!

Project management. As a project manager, I can easily lay out my timelines/tasks and keep the rest of the team accountable!

The thing which i don't like is, it's UI could be better.

There is no need to maintain excel to tack the project status of my team.

Asana is easy to get started using quickly and intuitive in how it works. Most importantly, there are multiple formats to track projects - based on project management preference and team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could visualize sub-tasks on boards as that work often gets lost since it can't be visualized. It lacks built-in time tracking and advanced project timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is popular in corporate and business agencies for assignments that needs to be done with all templates available. It not only gives notifications regarding schedule and tasks that needs to be done but also gives access to customers for satisfaction. Team members can work together in a pipeline and interact with each other for perfect and modern ideas to be applied. It can also be connected with other softwares which makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana complicates the things when it does not keep trace of time that a project is consuming which actually is a big concern as it consumes alot of time of worker without knowing. Conference calls and meetings cant be done with this app. It also doesn't show bundled software and no response collected from audience.

It provides great tools for constructing a whole new idea for corporate benefit and works as an assistance for updates concerned with work.
