Best way to keep team organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us to concentrate on our projects. The features of Asana are completely well developed. It has the highly developed functionalities which makes project management easier. The great thing is we can use this application anywhere in the world and manage our task and assign tasks online. It has become a trustworthy application just because of its wonderful services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now I do not have to waste time using useless products for managing my projects and tasks. Asana provides everything that I need for better and professional project management. There is nothing wrong with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits of using Asana, I can organize all tasks efficiently and effectively. It is also known as a collaboration tool. If I talk about its collaborative tool then I would say it is a matchless application. According to my experience it is fully equipped with advanced technology features. It has best functions for tracking multiple projects and tasks with effective results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My team has used many collaboration platforms but Asana is one of the greatest collaborative tools that have given an ease in collaboration sector. I would recommend this tool because it is totally reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to manage any type of project with your whole team. They are also always adding new aspects to the system to manage projects in different ways. There are various ways to view projects: my list, calendar, timeline, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to get the whole staff to get used to using it, especially for staff members who do not use it very frequently. The software is easy to use and intuitive, but can be a bit much for those users who are net very tech-savvy or who do not like / appreciate change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps reduce email clutter! You're able to see all tasks associated with a project you are a part of, along with deadlines and notes. You're even able to add people from different organizations (other than your own) to projects even without them paying for it!

I like that different users can follow different tasks/lists, and those people will get updates when tasks are marked as complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to navigate since there are many views and ways to organize/filter the different tasks, completed and incomplete.

The primary issue we're solving with Asana is keeping track of the state of projects and tasks that other individuals have to complete before the next step can be intiated.

It's great to use to keep track of your personal projects and tasks, as well as seeing the current state of projects and tasks other members are working on. Just make sure that you're following the tasks, or you won't see updates!

What do you like best about the product?
Overall Asana is the most versatile product. Its mobile app works so wonderfully. It is easy to track, register, plans, assign tasks and many more. It also helps us in increasing the productivity of our work by having organized timeline for keeping the records of several tasks. In my opinion it is the reliable source that enables users to confidently exchange ideas as well as contributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the most powerful software. There is nothing missing in it. The only drawback is that it seems to be overwhelming in the beginning afterwards it runs so smoothly with no hindrance at all. It doesn't lack any of the single features.

The biggest pro of Asana is that with the invention of this fantastic product organizing work and sharing project status is now easier with the invention of Asana. Secondly it enables users to manage client projects too. It is the most user friendly tool. Thirdly this is the incredibly wonderful platform for splitting our tasks into smaller tasks and get the required and appropriate results within short time.

Asana is the great tool for project and task management that it can easily facilitates most of the employees to properly manage our business to interact and collaborate with colleagues. All of its outstanding functionality options like task, reporting, documents, collaboration tools, and its different features are very helpful for our business. Asana software allows customers to have a certain amount of customization within the application that help us to improve our business services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest difficulty about this software is that sometime it is very difficult because of its advance functionality so that is the main problem when we started using this software. This tool can integrate with other small devices that can give you access to Gantt Charts or timelines and many other features. Asana is free for personal use but the paid upgrades version has many more features. Unfortunately this platform is only available in certain regions and for higher prices.

Asana is the most organized project management software which helps to achieve high perfection and is quite able to update all of our projects and manages procedures for assigning the users to a projects certain part. Asana keeps us organized and on track with our daily projects with newly created templates. Asana always accommodates all kinds of projects workflow and gives a high success rate to organize projects in their respective tasks completion order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not manage the open-source projects and doesn't allow to share the products tasks plans via mail with teams or project coordinator. I cannot easily create the projects tasks and often have issues in assigning my team members on different parts of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Asana, we are highly able to get a project up and running with more efficiency and more quickly by adding multiple ideas and tasks along. It really helps me to manage the projects based tasks and also help me to maintain follow up on the progress of my projects.

I love the ability to use boars, lists and calendar views in Asana for task management.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is Freemium. This is fine and I appreciate the Free version. However, Premium can only be purchased for a minimum of 3 seats. This does not work for a single user, or a small team of 2 like I have. Please offer licenses per-single-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration of work. Super easy to create and assign tasks, tag/categorize work, and track progress. Also, nesting and connecting tasks together.
