We can drive our projects into success via effective collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana carries one of the most reliable project management features which can be customised and adjusted according to the requirements and needs for any projects. We can overview the whole performance of the projects and can do follow ups on regular basis with all of the team members involved in the project. A sequential collaboration channel is performed where each and every one can share the completed files and can chat over the required tasks to be done. Asana is a highly feature project management tool which can be employed to execute some of the tough operations. It assist the users in the flow of data with simple integration and allows sharing of files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deep learning curve makes it considerably difficult for new team members to adapt to this tool. Asana also have issues in extracting the reports for the projects and overviewing the performances of the projects is also bit troublesome. We always have to face issues in chatting with each other and completely coordinate to understand the overall parts of the projects . The task scheduling feature is utmost fine but while appointing the task to few of the users it shows errors. Our work have mostly been interrupted due to the performance error of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is counted as one of the leading project management tools but in my view it’s implications are still limited. We mainly use it in the beginning of any project to break it down into completely structured way to achieve. Communicating along with keeping up to date regarding the projects is what I like most about Asana. Regardless of few lags in performances of this tool , Asana can be used easily to achieve high performance feasibility and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management has become a very important task for our company in recent years, positioning itself as the main way to present information to representatives of our company. I consider that Asana has very good potential, since this platform has behaved to the measure and has fulfilled everything promised. During my experience, various positive factors have emerged that have made me rapidly advance in the use of Asana, these factors were:
1.- Asana allows me a great variety of templates, which gives it a much more optimized design for each project I am carrying out, each pre-designed design is really effective.
2.- Asana allows you to create projects in a group, or with the participation of several specific people, this ensures that each project is carried out with the sharing of ideas and that there can be various supports of information to carry out a better project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has behaved excellently since it was implemented in my company, and has brought several truly remarkable benefits to all of us in general, however it is also important to mention the various negative factors that have significantly influenced our decision making and also in our performance with this platform, these factors have been:
1.- Asana for mobile phones is a really slow App, and it does not provide adequate agility to be able to quickly create or edit a project, which is why I would like to enjoy a muchy more sophisticated App, capable of to offer many more opportunities like its web version.
2.- Asana membership payments automatically do not work correctly, causing the user to have to make all manual payments. I consider that this has affected a little, since on some ocassions I have lost the membership due to forgetfulness, and due to the malfunction of automatic payments.

Asana has brought me excellent results since it was fully implemented in my company, so its is important to highlight how excellent it has been to have this platform implemented. In our company, we use Asana daily, to create all kinds of projects. For us, it is important to maintain a correct order in the information of each project, which is why Asana has excelled greatly, providing a number of ways to create projects creatively, and an excellent productive interface to organize all the information in the best possible way. I am grateful to Asana, and I hope to continue enjoying this great platform.
Asana can be used for more than just PM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is user-friendly enough to roll out to groups w/o PM experience, and that it’s fairly flexible so it can be used for other purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actions are not intuitive, like nesting of tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really nice for keeping meeting agenda organized for teams that are remote.

i get assigned projects in asana all the time and it is a great way to be able to see what needs to get done and by when.

the software is not very visual - most of what is shown is text

great tool. super easy to use and can help you manage projects and tasks of your own and for others. free version is very capable and allows you to do a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a cloud based project and task managment software which is built for multiple platforms like Web, Mac, IOS and Android. It enables companies and advertise agencies to manage and organize tasks and projects. Asana is equipped with variant functionality and meets all kinds of organizational and communication needs. It allows users to keep ongoing conversations and document links within specific project. I like it's recent update, which was implementation of Approval features, which makes easy to approve all the incoming requests at a click.
Moreover, the subtask visibility in List View is a plus point, as users can easily expand or collapse the subtask lists according to their need, and most importantly the Reseizable columns, which helps users to drag and resize according to their need, which gives more control to the user, freedom to use streamlined menu and additional options in multi-select mode.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Asana has limited services, you can only use list, board and calendar view option and can add only few members in the project team, until you buy a premium plan there's no way to proceed with a large team members. Also, the timeline advanced search and workflow rules features are only available for premium users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made my project totally organized. Well, setting up the project schedule, adding up the workspace and overall planning is going smooth and efficient for me. Asana has a simple interface, inituitive and offering additional features like graphs, statistics and reports, which has helped me to keep an eye on every records and stats.

very easy to use and also easy to onboard. can help with distributing work to teams and seeing workload as well as being able to assign tasks to people and follow them to completion. i like assignee and due date function.
What do you dislike about the product?
approval of complete tasks would be helpful before marked complete. often times someone may need to comment on it.

there is a free version which has a lot of features so you can get away with using that and seeing if you like it.
