great for a team to work together
What do you like best about the product?
great for collaborating with a team. we use this for keeping track of who does what by when. simple to use and the user interface is great. email notifications are wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
not a lot of project management tools are available

being able to keep track of to-do list items.

they offer a free version of the software which is great for small teams who cannot afford pricey software

Best is I have fulfilled many projects with Asana. Very good and smooth to operate. Like the accessibility across all devices

it is a great tool for collaborating with a team on to-do list items. helps to keep track of what needs to get done, by when, and with a due date. this helps to keep track of what needs to get done.
Fantastic project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to work with a team and create a clear plan for managing a project. It's also easy to add multiple projects and the colors and calendar layouts make it clear which tasks align with which project. There are also great features for communicating with people on the team when tasks or done or need help. I also really like the friendly and social aspect. It allows you to like comments and tasks to show others they've been seen or understand as well as directly tag someone in a comment or post for collaboration. I also love that it connects to Sharepoint to easily upload attachments which helps with version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can be relatively simple compared to many other project management tools. It works for our team, but the template layouts and even the way they show sub-tasks is a little counterintuitive and has a bit of a learning curve. Also the ability to share with external clients is difficult as Asana has little way to create a simplified workback, but rather shows anyone invited a complete view into the project. The templates leave a lot to be desired as it's hard to add much detail into them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've managed to truly streamline the way we approach project management with our team. We've also connected it to other software we use, including our time tracking software, to ensure we're not duplicating efforts and running as lean as possible. We've made great strides with Asana to working better as a team and communicating in a strong virtual environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really important to set up your projects well on the back end before rolling it out to the team. Also making sure to set Asana norms is great. Asana has a lot of great resources for this and makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about this program that the simpler to use is a very comprehensive system that allows you to execute projects as easily as fast as you can think, coordinate project schedules and one of the most important benefits is that it saves you plenty of money and energy on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen the two models, so I do not see much that annoy me, it's a finished program, which provides the requisite assistance for the business or for the project growth. There are other benefits that this program presents that you. Thus, there is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we allocate the job which each person with Asana refers to is one of the big problems we have solved. Aside from preparation, we were able to solve this problem. It's much more coordinated and realistic now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it has the ability to manage all my projects effectively. It is advanced and organized functions for tracking all projects. The interface of this project management solution is more advanced and user friendly. Asana has enhanced its all services than before. Every task can be done in time without any hurdle. We can make great schedules for doing different task efficiently. For me this is most useful platform. It is also giving uncountable benefits in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is nice software for project management but sometimes I find difficulty while integrating this product with other applications. Otherwise it is a great tool that provides the excellent programming for working effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is outstanding application for task management. It has given great features and functions. Now we do not have to waste time while attending meeting sending different emails to our workmates and team members. It organizes everything in quite decent ways. Its customization is the main and important feature of this product.

I recommend Asana due to its excellent services. I have experience of using other project management solutions but I have found every useful feature in Asana. It is a great platform that helps to complete all task in satisfying and effective ways.

They have added more features on the last 6 months that start making the UI more complex. Additionally it is impossible to sort tasks but more than one field

Nothing, really Asana is what you need. I love it!

Working on an international company and having colleagues all around the globe is difficult but with Asana, you can keep everything under control and have everything on track. Also, it is easy to report from Asana.
Amazing Asana for Task and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is that everything would be organised especially if you have a lot of tasks. I also like the way it is capable of making your tasks repeat especially if it is recurring either daily, weekly, monthly or even quarterly, so you don't have to plot it anymore. Another thing is that you can add some followers to monitor your daily tasks and as will as you can also add some comments when you have any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that there were times that your tasks will be duplicated and it is already overrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technically, I sometimes encounter errors but the support team is always on the go for resolution.
