Coordination in efficient way
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its abilities to manage my tasks in effective ways. It is not only a powerful application but also saves our time and provides better services than other services providers. I can schedule new projects and add team members in list, it also enables us to collaborate on documents. This is a wide platform for team collaborations. This is the reliable platform where I can assign projects to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides interesting ways to handle projects and tasks. Its all programs and options are working perfect even its mobile version is also decent and professional that gives fantastic services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like Asana because of many reasons. It keeps me up to date with all activities by its efficient notification system and through its alerts. It also keeps wide customization capabilities which made this product more efficient. Indeed it is a great task management platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana to everyone who has not used it before because it is most trusted project management application. It also provides responsive assistance in our every problem related to this tool.
An easy to use Project Management Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Custom fields and views allow you to plan out and track projects in multiple ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see the progress tracker in Portfolios be able to track a "Status" column rather than just completed tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaboratively track progress on projects has made for less downtime and fewer follow-ups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to explore the more advanced features as they will truly elevate your project management capabilities! Dependent tasks and other features allow you to create some really cool charts.

a great tool that helps you manage tasks by keeping a running to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool does not offer a lot of features outside of being a to-do list and having task management. it is hard to use for especially large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping a running to-do list for our team to be able to collaborate on and to track work with management

if your team needs a tool to track tasks and to-do list items then this a great one. they offer a free version that you can still use for a lot of things, it is not very limiting
One of the best task and project management apps I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Covers a lot of functionalities that I need to manage projects and keep up with recurring tasks. Easy to learn and figure your way around. Some task management apps are only good for project management, or collaboration or recurring tasks. Asana is suitable for me as it's suitable across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm on the free version so there are some limitations in the layout like the background colour and font. However, we're planning to implement Asana into our business and will look to upgrade to Premium which I understand will unlock the limitations that I currently face.
Another functionality that it doesn't have is a simple one screen where all our team members can chat and post things so we can do quick announcements quickly on a daily basis

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have a clear and focused mind when it comes to executing long and complex projects. I can trust what I'm doing here and now is the right task to move our project forward. Since I've enjoyed it so much, I'm going to be implementing Asana across our company so that everyone can stay on track with current projects and regular tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before using Asana, you also need to figure out your OWN task management system. Without a solid system in place it'll just be another standard task management app. Once I figured out my own task and project management system, Asana became a lot more powerful.

use Asana for task management and collaborating with others on different projects. there is a free version that is offered which can be useful for almost anything.

Asana is a web only platform. I would prefer a desktop solution.

Asana is a robust project management app with clean and fast user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Asna has clean interface with shortcut features. It can create task, sub tasks, project, teams and update status with simple clicks and automation. Also there are additional features of customization using templates, integration with various web apps and continuous updations which makes it a comprehensive project management application. Every action in Asana can be performed with minimum effort through easy interfaces. - Rules automates the manual work associated with task intake, routing, and agile workflows. - Integration with google sheets to download updated data in spreadsheet format instead of manual entry. - Add Task dependencies - Edit, View only and reporting rights - Dashboard view of Projects and Tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 10 users allowed in free version. Also user may get confused if they try to use all custom features at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana for Project Status update; for project related conversations and voting; sharing project data in excel sheet; project summary reports; and for bug tracking.
Now there is no need to manually update excel sheet from other project app, thanks to googl esheet integration. Also, Projects and talk list can be copied to new project instead of typing each task and project details again in similar project.

1. Instill collaborative environment so that users use the Asana often, instead of using email for status updates. 2. Let managers know that they can custom the level of control and notifications they need in Asana. Otherwise, managers will get irritated from lack of project updates or from information overload.
