Amazing features from this wonderful project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it gives me the ability to assign tasks to teams and schedule them accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we started using Asana it has been so supportive in managing all our products with nothing negative about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of Asana brought alot of collaboration into the company and we have been able to manage most projects within time

What do you like best about the product?
Asana combines the best of security and enterprise-grade capabilities with an intuitive user interface. Asana enables organizations to eliminate silos, make better decisions based on real-time data, automate workflows, and execute at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no possibility of working if you don't have internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience some of the most notable benefits of Asana are:
Without a doubt, collaborative work, the possibility of having everyone involved in one place, including suppliers or temporary collaborators.
Because it is a cloud solution, you have access from anywhere you have an internet connection. It does not require installation on the work computer.
Its core based on the creation of tasks and projects makes it already familiar to most of the people facilitating its implementation.
Integration with other IT solutions and automation of tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Asana you can organize everything from your daily tasks to managing large projects. It is a platform for collaborative work, being the most versatile that I have known until today. Asana always keeps a history of modifications made to help you optimize collaboration and better control your work. Meetings related to any project will be, above all, more efficient and you will be able to keep budget and time invested under control. Changing the different views of a project has never been easier. With Asana, enjoy your work whatever the number of to-dos.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that they have a mobile app, so I can keep up with everything on the go. We are constantly adding notes to task so we can keep up with where we are at in the process, and being able to do that on the go is a huge plus. Overall the website is very easy to navigate, add/edit tasks, and view what's on your to-do list so that is nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layouts were hard to navigate. When you go to the team page and see everyones lists it can get a little chunky. I'm not sure how to fix that especially once you get 5-10 people involved and a multitude of tasks but sometimes it just seemed a bit overwhelming and hard to sift through the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of support staff members assisting our coaching staff on all kinds of problems. Recruiting visits, team travel, long-term enhancement projects, and simple day to day tasks. Each trip or recruiting visit asana helps us stay on the same page all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is used by our electronic advertising and marketing group with offices in several locations, and our work procedure has become much more harmonious. If I want to recognize where a group member is working, I inspect the Asana control panel and I can also get a quick update without having to write an additional email to learn of any steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program requires that training components be researched, where they would certainly help substantially in the integration of new participants. Occasionally, we have to make a quick call to get new participants and speed up the process beyond using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By updating your jobs in Asana, you are allowing people to understand where you are integrated into an efficient work system, without having to tell me. We like the truth that you can work for a specific professional to keep vital stakeholders informed of everything that is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have group participants who need to work very close to each other, but are divided by a distance, as well as in some situations by languages, the perfect app for this item is very interesting. We like the alternative features, and we also feel that this device has really increased our ability to interact faster and also with much more precision as a group, which makes us look great to our managers.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent platform for team collaboration, it means faster operations and takes a great deal of moment, you no matter how long have to arrange meetings or handle e-mail records. In the handling and preparation of all stakeholder activities, higher results and output are provided. Simple way to manage and delegate roles and activities to each participant. Automation of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes you a little time to get used to the subtasks and get the board hierarchy as you want. The actual state of a huge project with several subparts is often difficult to reveal. Perhaps more fitting than larger total ones for smaller initiatives and activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a partly remote employee, my board outside our weekly touchbasic meetings makes it easy to share the status of the project. It helped me develop my workflow and provide high-level updates to my boss.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go along with it. Go along with it. We would have to quickly turn to something like a new management system, and it was quick to launch Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to plan multiple projects and track all of the steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to search and find projects easily. I also find it difficult to find all of the pieces I need within a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track projects within our department and the multiple steps involved.

Fantastic for cross-team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect a task to multiple projects. The different view options are also great, since sometimes a calendar view is more valuable, and other times I prefer a board view. The rules help me keep my boards cleaned up and organized, and tags enhance that clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to assign dates to repeating projects. I'm a content creator and manager, and I'd love to auto-populate dates based on the number of days from the start date rather than having to establish an actual calendar date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that we have Portfolios, that's made it somewhat easier to keep team projects in one place. I personally have a single project in which I manage all of my blog posts, social media posts, and copyrighting assignments as individual tasks with subtasks. I use the Board view to organize tasks by type, then the Calendar view shows me when each task is due. And when a task needs to be viewed by more teams than just myself, I add it to other projects so managers can see how my deadlines align with other team content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana took some time for me to get used to, but overall I found it easy to adapt to—and easy to modify for my needs!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see everything within a calendar view.

I wish there were better ways of organizing or expanding content - outside of a calendar.

We are organizing our blog content through the calendar, so that way we can time it strategically with other channels.
