Asana excellent tool to organize your projects!!
What do you like best about the product?
In particular, I like Asana because it has an excellent optimization to perform my tasks, it is really easy and intuitive to use. The interface of the web version was easy for me to understand and thanks to Asana I was able to organize myself well at the time of carrying out my projects. I am very happy with that tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really in the time that I have been using Asana, I have not encountered any problem that affects me in the development of my work, as I mentioned above, it is a very complete software that adapts to my needs, giving me a quick solution to the development of my work in my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In particular I can say that Asana has made it easier for me to carry out my projects in my company, allowing short-term results to be obtained. Additionally, the application of Asana to have a good user interface has helped me to know what tasks the members of my team are working on and so in this way I keep a better track of their progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
During these 3 years that I have been using Asana, it has helped me to obtain excellent results in the development of my work and to develop my projects more efficiently. It is really easy to use and safe, and I also consider that compared to other similar tools, Asana is more complete and optimized. Therefore, do not miss the opportunity to use it will not disappoint you, I recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use as a collaboration with coworkers. It is great for everyone to view due dates and stay on topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to glitch when too many people are on it at once.

We use this in a unique way with our in-house teams. We have set timelines we can also share with outside clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Asana for the past year or so and love it for organizing my week. It's very straightforward and allows me to create simple tasks that I can keep track of everyday. The simple UI and ease of use is really what makes me benefit from using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I dislike about Asana. I would say if I were to add anything it would be an ability to assign a task to multiple people (although adding them as followers and creating subtasks usually helps with this)/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I'm leading the sales team I am not only able to organize my week, but also any other rep or employee that might need to be included on some of the sales tasks/efforts. This is allowed our sales dept. to really thrive and get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can categorize tasks by progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't add all projects to the same calendar in an easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is very task and detail-oriented. Asana makes it easy to keep track of what I need to do in a day and allows me to physically cross off tasks I've finished.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share projects and statuses with all of the team members.

The free version is much more restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People receive a large amount of emails when you tag them in projects which is a struggle for people who prefer older styles.

I like how easy it is to assign and track tasks and projects

I wish I could assign tasks to teams and they can all see it and divvy it up themselves

What do you like best about the product?
I like the apps sleek look and easy to navigate pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
My church is the media ministry used the app/website as a way to share media and have discussions; I didn’t really dislike anything about it we just switched to a different platform because we added more members and the other software is a bit easier to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We (as a group) were able to chat amongst ourselves about different software we were using such as pro presenter and it was a great app for small groups to have discussions as well as share media

It’s a great app and website to use whether you want to share media or just have discussions amongst your group
Helps Manage Task Okay
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place in Asana. it’s easy to organize things and assign tasks to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as soon as you complete a sub take it goes away. It’s frustrating because U can’t remember what I’ve completed.

I planned my whole wedding using Asana and it was very helpful!

Asana can get much more expensive as your team scales.

Asana is useful for big and small teams! It's a great way to communicate and keep all your projects on track. You can customize the look, feel, and organization of all your team members and projects.
