Managing large numbers of members
What do you like best about the product?
I have the opportunity to have more than one project where I can customize and have access to the integration of a tool like Everhour.Asana allows me to collaborate as a team facilitating the work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly filling me with email notifications is not something comfortable, so choose to disable the notification should limit this method.Asana must authorize that any user with whom the task is shared can manipulate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is committed to having the best collaborations in teams where our business obtains great results allows us to fulfill each of the jobs on time and keep track regardless of whether we have other priorities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We do not live in the past but if we like to know how we can improve, Asana allows us to see in everything we have worked so far, in this way we come up with new ideas or proposals for the digital market. It adapts with new versions such as the mobile application .

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about Asana is that it has an excellent optimization for the accomplishment of the tasks, it has helped me to be well organized with my projects, I like it because it allows me to manage my tasks and take him following the activities. I love that it has a very understandable interface very easy to use. I am very satisfied since it is very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana, I have not seen any problems regarding its functions, as I have mentioned, it is quite complete software that fits my needs, providing me with a pleasant stay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to stay organized with my project in a very effective way. It allows me to manage who can and who does not see the tasks, has provided me with a good experience because I also have it installed on my mobile device and it is very easy and safe to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a good tool that I recommend 100%, since it will give you a good stay within the system, it helped me to organize quite easily, you will not need to be an expert to enjoy this platform very well. Go for it, you won't regret it!
A very graphical task and project manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall look and feel of the user interface. I like that it’s easy for the group to see what needs to get done and what the priorities should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that I would just prefer a spreadsheet-style tool to manage tasks and that Asana is just too GUI heavy for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana helped me keep my tasks organized and not miss any items.
The best tool for projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Asana its functionalities such as task management and project design. It has an excellent autonomy allowing me to customize and manage how I want my projects, I love it also because it helps us to keep in communication and follow up on the activities, I also like that it is very simple and easy to use thanks to its interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am completely satisfied with what Asana offers me, I don't have any complaints regarding the functionalities that it offers me since it is an application that allows me to always be in a constant organization helping me a lot.

Thanks to Asana, I have solved the problem I had in the past since I was very disorganized, but since I started using Asana it has allowed me to take control of my projects and see the expiration dates, so that nothing escapes me Hand in hand, work efficiently and keep track of work activities.

I feel completely satisfied, I have good experience with the use of this application, as it will help you organize your projects and be in constant communication with your work team and always keep track of project activities is definitely a very useful and easy tool to use which if you give it the opportunity you will like it, I recommend it 100%.
Quite helpful, but yet another platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the asana interface has changed over the years and has included upgrades to the glorified checklist. The main page is organized by task and users can assign people and due dates to each task. One simple glance at the page can tell you which projects and tasks you are assigned to. This benefit helps managers delegate and then in turn balance accountability. I also enjoy the calendar on Asana. It makes scheduling easier when groups can track events and meetings with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is another platform you have to teach your team. If you have people on your team who are opposed to learning new platforms or slow adapters, it will add another layer to getting the whole team to take advantage of the platform. Although Asana has benefits, I don't think Asana is offering anything especially unique. To access more features, teams have to purchase the premium plan, thus dissuading teams with smaller or no budgets from using Asana's full potential. This barrier might drive some teams to move onto other free platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of making and sending checklists over email. With Asana, every member can be connected to the checklist and be updated in real time. We used to use emails for weekly checklists and then do a check-in at the end of the week with another email. Asana eliminated those check-ins and reduced one more meeting with a simple click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend thinking hard about which platform you want to use to manage your projects and team assignments. You get one shot at buy-in and choosing the wrong platform will diminish your team's patience for task management software. Asana was OK, but the fees for the premium versions were unattractive and the free version did not offer enough options to make the cut. The premium fees are high for what you get.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how you're able to see what tasks you've completed, tasks in progress, and the due dates for those tasks. It's also very easy to communicate with other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can be very confusing.. and sometimes, if you're not tagged or your notifications aren't up, you won't be able to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would also work with clients/small business owners on Asana, and sometimes it would be difficult if they weren't digital savvy.

It is the best tool to create, allocate and track the progress of the task with making people aware right from the one who created the task to the one for whom the task is completed and who all are involved in the task

Like the flow of a project cannot be created, there are no chart options like we do have in smart sheets. If it's there please do correct me and let me know

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best task management system that I have ever used. It is extremely user-friendly and balances my heavy schedule perfectly. I love how you can upload things into the portfolio as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the free plan option does not include a lot of features. I also dislike how customer support can be a bit tricky to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my time management and organization problems. This is a great way for me to lay out what I need to get done and view it in a timeline matter. I am far more productive at work. Super easy way to share documents too!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend Asana if you are someone that has a history of being unorganized or you have a lot of projects with a lot of deadlines. I have really increased my productivity and efficiency since using this product.

How it makes it easy to collaborate with people from outside of the organization.

The sub-task feature is a rather hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current organization's IT team keeps on updating platforms that we decided to get an external one. It helps us remain organized despite platform migrations that happen quite often.
