Beat service for all employees, especially ones who can not code
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different abilities to organize tasks. I also like that there can be multiple projects within one whole project. I like that we can vote on cards (or like them) as a team and use that for several group decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is just too much going on on a task screen. It would be nice to minimize some info and keep the crucial info present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used asana to synthesize data for usability tests. I mostly use it for that and dividing tasks upon teams for large projects. Asana is also wonderful for group meetings where we decide our goals.
Organization is Key
What do you like best about the product?
It is very beneficial that I can do everything in one platform. Very easy to connect with people in the company and complete tasks seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be hard to locate a task when it has been awhile but I will continue working and learning

Much more organized since most of everything we do is housed inside Asana

I like the subtasks that you can assign to different employees. That is a nice feature.

It's not very intuitive. There is a bit of a learning curve at first.

We use this to communicate with a single client. It was the client's selection. We don't use it internally.

I’m obsessed with productivity. I work with Marketing Management and use Asana to help me to have an overview of the whole workflow. So I can make changes if needed and improve it.

It can be pricy if you’re a small business. But they give you a trial period so you can try it out and see if it’s worth it for you.

Most of all it’s so helpful to manage all the workflow by just checking this fun and colorful deck of cards.
But I do like the possibility to use Asana for ongoing projects. Most of the project management apps work better for projects with beginning and end dates.
For instance, we write daily content for brands, that’s an ongoing project. Asana helps me to have an overview of the workflow and make sure everything is going well.

Asana aligns our team and helps keep track of current projects. Furthermore, you can go through previously completed tasks.

Asana can be a little hard to understand if you haven't used this type of platform before. There are way too many settings and choices which can lead to confusion.
