Good Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that your entire team can log in and see exactly what each person’s duty is and the deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the need to have to hunt down an employee or colleague because you can leave notes on what they are doing, and every one know what their deadlines are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a really great project management software.

Mobile App is good, interesting features, with notifications & group chat. Altogether a different way to manage communications within your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should be a control to manage notifications you want or don't want to receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New feature such notifications controls & frequency could be added to help improve it overall experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which I can manage the tasks, projects, jobs and activities of the work team. Asana is very easy to use and its interface allows the tool to be very useful and practical.
I love it because I can assign the tasks to each team member and thus follow up on each one to verify compliance, I can also assign deadlines for the completion of the tasks and the total management of all tasks and projects.
Additionally I can integrate it with my calendar and thus be able to be aware and aware of the deadlines for delivery.

What do you dislike about the product?
Without doubt the best tool to verify the effectiveness of the work team, I have not found anything wrong with this tool, the user experience has been very good.

I love being able to use this tool on my mobile device, it's as good and great as the web version. The free version also offers great benefits, however the cost of Asana is very low.

Asana makes managing projects, identifying issues and assigning tasks easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike email, Asana gives the whole team insight into who is assigned to a task and when the due date is. This prevents due-date-drift, which can be a frequent occurrence in complicated projects with many tasks. Each task allows for easy discussion within the team, as well as image uploads for clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using a different tool for sprint planning and burndown burnup charts. I can't find these features in Asana. Would also be good to see velocity projections so that you can see how effective the team is.

We use Asana to assign to-dos to our team members. These are usually tasks that need clear tracking, and clear ability to assign to users so that they know they are responsible for completion. This also makes it easier for project managers to identify issues early.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has a lot of features, but we love it for assigning tasks/dates, getting additional feedback, and closing those tasks. It's great if you have a diverse team that isn't involved in more structured sprint planning.
A lot of functionalities combine to make something underwhelming.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to make loads and loads of separate. demarcated tasks and sub-tasks. Color-coding and other visual cues keep them separate from each other. It's also a place where everyone on a team can stay connected and send short, to-the-point messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of all those tasks and sub-tasks is the visual clutter it creates. Your homepage can quickly become a raucous mess that makes one's eyes bleed a bit. It makes me not want to log in and look around.

It helps me see what other people on my team are working on and how I can help them and share with them. It can keep us all accountable.

Don't rely on this as your main communication hub.

Asana has helped us to manage the Project activities in an organized way, it has many User friendly features that helps the user to personalize the dashboard and arrange them in own way, Its reliable and secure platform for all the Project activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, It is the best project management tool I am using in current time

To Track Project activities, to arrange tasks and Bugs in Organized way, to assign tasks to users, to log time and Monitor reports

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana because it documents everything that goes on in a project. It really helps out my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that somethings can get lost and hard to track down. I also wish that the emails were more consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are always solving timeline issues with Asana. The benefits are profound, because they keep our projects on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider Asana because it really helps your team get organized. We meet deadlines and we do not have projects that drag out. I really enjoy using it instead of Basecamp or other softwares that companies use. We are an efficient team with Asana.

Ease of use, ability to quickly learn and organization of tasks is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to add more users without high cost. It is burdensome when working for a non profit with limited resources.

Task management and project creation. We’ve realized that staff have different ways of communicating and prioritizing and Asana helps with both.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way for our team to keep track, organise, and manage our work. This platform gives us the ability to keep track of all the activities performed in our business and quickly assess the outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying feature is that it can get too complicated and overwhelming. It includes many choices and settings to configure. People need more time to learn how to use and work efficiently on this complex application, and this affects their work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software allows people to manage and track their actions and tasks of their projects in an efficient manner. Because of this, people can meet their original business objectives and goals. Teams can collaborate more efficiently and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It needs less time giving and getting the right information from and to their team members and other stakeholders. Asana also allows you to communicate and share files quickly. It highly visual dashboards for the clients so they can work efficiently.

The calendar feature was extremely easy to use for frequently changing deadlines and a high level view of a lot of tasks

N/A - I mainly used the calendar feature so I'm not familiar with all of the features

An easily update-able/editable/customizable way to keep track of frequently moving tasks

I used Asana for tracking my personal tasks and it was very useful for a high level view and frequently changing deadlines. There are many other features and team coordination that can take place within the software as well.
