Pretty good, very easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to go back and find a task that has already been done. Love all the notes attached.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's much I dislike about Asana except for the excessive emails.

I love how with the FREE version of this software you get so many features!
Features like:
- Project management.
- Task under projects.
- Assigning tasks to members.
- Setting assignment due dates.
- Adding comments or messages onto the project ot task.
These features are very nice for someone on a budget or who has no budget. These features will allow a person to better organize their life and provide them the tools they need to share their success with others.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the big turn offs for me and this software is intregration. There is little support for third party integration. For instance, the company I work for uses MS Teams, and Office 365. There is a plug-in for Asana, however it is pointless. It allows you to show the assigned task to a specific person or project. However, you can not do anything with it. When you need to click on something it opens your browser from MS Teams and to the Asana website. So for me, the limitations on the integration was a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use Asana for perosnal projects and not for Work-related material, Asana has helped me organize projects, Assign specific tasks under each project to keep me focused. Asana does a fantastic job on real-time updates and progress tracking. Asana works great for someone working inside a browser window already and can always have internet access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great service/software for someone working in a browsers windows all the time. Or has access to the internet all the time. This is a website service, so it is limited to the internet and the ability to keep a browser window open at all times to view the projects and task.
Awesome project management that evolves and stays out of your way
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can shape Asana to work how we need it as well as use their templates and guidance for new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little costly for larger teams. However, that's natural and if you value the software it's a worthwhile expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are allowing each employee to construct their own teams and be their own team leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need robust PM software that stays out of your way then I recommend Asana. It's constantly evolving, stable, and has an elegant UI that makes it fun to work with.
Manage multiple tasks with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage my workflow as a copywriting and digital marketing professional. I can create projects for each client and then create tasks and sub tasks within this. By integrating with my Google Calendar, I can easily see what work I have planned for the days, weeks and months ahead. This helps me to determine when I can schedule future work and if I can take on additional clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know, there isn't a method to remove the team functionality and automatically assign everything to myself. This means that some of the shortcuts, such as "My Tasks", don't really work for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have managed to streamline my work schedule and make it quicker and easier to plan work. It's easy to drag and drop tasks to different days. I can also create subtasks and recurring tasks which need to be completed every day, week or month. Asana has given me back so much time in the working day so I can spend less time planning and more time working.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adding all of your projects in at once will be a nightmare. If you're moving over from another project management software, start with one project and see how this works for your team. And if you use Asana to manage your own work, don't waste time assigning everything to yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is suitable for all agile projects that are compatible. It is easy to operate the user interface. With one user interface, tasks and subtasks can be created. The role of collecting work is easy to move into the sprint and sprint for checking. By simply adding a new stage, the stages can be easily adapted. In a comment or task description, you can easily refer a person. Tasks can easily be pulled and dropped to other moves.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the method, I found no big dislikes. But if I had been able to track time it would be perfect. Only by adds a due date to a task can the time be tracked. Sometimes an error appears when the task is removed, but the task is removed later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use asana to track the progress and events of our web application. Asana offers an attractive user interface and an agile board, which is suited to our project needs. Asana holds the time limit for a task and shows it on a calendar monitor so that progress of software project teams can be quickly discovered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To the software development community and to consumers who want to monitor their daily activities, I suggest ASANA. It can be easily adapted for any project because it allows easy tasks and steps to be adjusted.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is just very easy to use. I like the fact that the whole team can collaborate on this. It gives a good overview of the tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some tasks had rights management so only authorized persons could edit it.

We use to as the primary communication between our teams and to have an overview of the complete project.

Great at Keeping My Brain Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have always loved the Asana format. What made it my favorite platform is when they integrated the board and list format so I no longer had to choose and could easily see more detail in the list format when needed and spend most of my time in the board format which works well for my visual mind and easily distracted ADHD brain. I love that you can get as detailed as you want in the tasks. It is feature-rich even in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may seem silly, but the "cards" on the board view are too big vertically, making it so I can't see as many at one time on my screen and I have to scroll. I would like to be able to upgrade without having to have to pay for multiple users since I am a team of one, sometimes two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my go-to for planning and activities. It keeps me on track and has a calendar view for me to see what is ahead of me. It allows me to plan my now and keep my future in reach.

Asana is great for teams of one and for teams as well.

I love the incredible functions of Asana as a project management tool, because it allows me to easily improve the organization of my daily work and work cooperatively with my colleagues to improve certain sections of our programming.

After many months using Asana, I have been delighted with its simplicity and effectiveness in helping me improve my production, so I have no bad comments about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to manage all the high school projects that I manage, in order to establish my employees' budgets and those that will end up destined for future investments in favor of the school. Thanks to Asana I have been able to improve my work situation.

Asana is the most complete of the tools currently available in the resource management application market: it will allow you to organize your activities more effectively from any site thanks to its availability on a wide variety of mobile devices and its incredible optimization!
