Critical To Our Team For Years

What do you dislike about the product?
- I can't get all my staff to use it because they still have an aversion to task software. Wish it was designed in a way to win them over to using this critical tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to easily collaborate on projects, see what my team was working on and organize task in project format. Asana does all of that! We don't have an office space so having Asana to help us communicate, work together and stay on track for our goals has been crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think you'll find a better or easier to use task management software.
Asana's great, even the free version
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to forward emails and have them show up on the relevant board. It's also great to be able to see the task list for each of my employees at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the project to task to subtask stricture a little annoying at times. For example, it would be great to have a task that showed up on one board, but subtasks that were on completely different boards, and all organized clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anyone on the team can see a list of all our projects at once, which helps with prioritization and efficiency.
My work assistant
What do you like best about the product?
From one off tasks to creating full packages of specific tasks, I love to have the ability to manage them the way I would like them. I also like the selection of reminders I could use anytime, as the reminders I get over the phone for certain jobs or maybe projects often give me an edge in the daily work of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capacity to comment on the process in both directions appears to be stronger. The manager of mine and I attempt to copy/paste items to each job, though it's not often intuitive. Many activities as well as mailbox/organization sections are sometimes much more akin to the jobs you've to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the positioning technique, the division of jobs is much cleaner. Additionally, it allows for the team of mine to replace details or maybe schedule tasks with no a lot of effort to ensure that they are able to figure out roles and needs with no having to create extra meetings or even send additional emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really helpful tool in case you would like to be organized in a business. Because of so many workers, it's a map which is actually a fantastic tool to keep monitor of everyone's perform and meet deadlines.
High level task management overview for a company
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in the same place. You can easily and quickly add members to tasks. You're able to create projects with specific tasks and even sub tasks of tasks. Tasks can appear on multiple projects. There's also permissions in place to lock tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get cluttered with overlapping tasks. These tasks need to be merged. A de-duplication tool would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides companies and teams an overview for production. We've been able to more efficiently determine a problem, collaboratively work to a solution, set completion dates and know the process each step of the way.
Place, where you can follow your projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The control board is a good way to assess all of your tasks and projects. Asana allows you to open and discuss all photos in the project of yours in one spot, simplifying the workflow of yours. I like it enables me to open one task at a time, so I could concentrate on it until I complete the task with no distractions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great to have the ability to further customise the control board to provide you precisely with what you always need. I want there were far more ways to teach you how this project is actually going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a main place where any person is able to follow current projects. Asana helps me and the staff of mine to meet our task deadlines. It will help me set priorities in the everyday life of mine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is actually great, and in case you're prepared to spend a monthly subscription, it has nearly all the characteristics you need.
My Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we have Asana as an alternative to Atlassian JIRA in managing project tasks.
We can successfully use Asana for free and organize different categories of tasks, assign them, solve them, build teams by inviting members, assign priorities, make backlog and milestone sections - to wrap it up, Asana allows us to manage all or almost all categories of tasks needed in a project - at least for startup projects, and all of it for free!
Asana also gives us the chance of a more gifted 30-day Trial plan (I mean: with more features than the simply free plan), however, I preferred the simply free version.
We can also change our e-mail address while being members of a given project and team on Asana. We also get notified by mail about task updates.
In addition, I like the flexible way we can move tasks from a category to another, just by dragging them with the mouse.

What do you dislike about the product?
If we work on different projects, we have to make separate accounts in order to use the two (or more) projects completely separately. Then, when switching boards, we need to switch accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently actively working on two software projects that were winners at EUvsVirus.
On one of them, I am a collaborator that receives and solves tasks, while on the other project I am also playing like an organizer - I created the board, invited team members, assigned tasks, meaning that I am also involved with managing the workflow, and while on one of the projects I am an Asana user, on the other I am also an administrator!
Organizing tasks in Asana helps me (and us all, the users) having a better image and track of our project work.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are often delays between activities that occur
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my work team together and preparing it to work together as a unit is essential to the success of our projects.
Asana is also suitable for managing those projects, you may be duplicating efforts instead of optimizing them.
Enables team visibility and collaboration that may otherwise be difficult to achieve.
Planning and scheduling the project in a detailed and centralized way:
- Resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Quality management in reference to each project.
- Storage and exchange of documentation and project records
- Preparation and publication of project reports
- Track the real time spent on project tasks compared to planning.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has: Unique calendars. It will do you good to have calendars that can be modified to reflect your work days and hours, as well as updated to reflect any closing periods or holidays. Asana is also adjustable, its costs are affordable.
Asana is ideal to keep your projects in order
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very easy to switch between views. I often like to be able to organize with Kanban boards and it is easy to switch in and out of that view. The cards can be moved around very easily too. I also have the Asana app on my phone so I always have all my projects at my finger tips. I also use it to keep notes on general items I have to reference. I like that you can add due dates to the subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't much I don't like. It's very easy to use and figure out. Not sure if there was a way to auto assign myself to each task and then change owners *as most of the items, I am the task owner. There are some features I haven't tried yet, so I can't speak on behalf of those. I haven't tried to use it yet for online proofing and therefore that may be the next area I will explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects and giving my other team members a clear view of the status of projects.
Brought "Organize" to Our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use, extraordinarily feature-rich, and necessary! It’s fair to say that since we first started (attempted using other tools in the past), we all expressed our apprehensions about it. When we used it more and more, we found it easy to navigate in and out not just for our work process but also our daily routine - tagging complete tasks, add additional duties and update individual assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few and further between, but the Asana site goes down now and then. As I have said before, it’s essential to our team, so it shuts down everything when we can’t access it. I cannot easily see everything from the main page, but there isn’t anything crucial that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana enabled us to synchronize our team more efficiently. It provided us transparency in the to-do lists of the group, scheduled timeline, and responsibilities. It gave us a written record of the business processes and roles. Now every team member understands precisely their duties and the requirements for their execution. It even helps in planning meetings.
Asana is robust platform for managing the Projects.
What do you like best about the product?
It is successful in developing as well as managing projects, including data and files throughout your production schedule.
It is perfect that could be used throughout web applications including phone apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
I could not see any problems with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through instantaneously, team collaborators will show outcomes/level. I can even see the progress of an area is provided, which remains to be improved or someone intends to go through it.
