What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana, it allows me to participate in a pleasant way in its main functions: I can create IT projects, its tasks and subtasks, understood in a detailed way in boards and lists, it facilitates a clear and precise perception of the condition in which it is. each task, it is effective to inform the team managers so that they understand what to do and when, it is efficient to separate the subtasks that are awaiting the next and assign them to those responsible in a particularized way to maintain order and correlation provides a way to work with task start and completion times, stands out for adding files from the PC, allows team members to continue each task, make comments, and be constantly updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana drives and participates in an operational way in my IT projects, and in the activities of the work teams and the rest of the colleagues in the organization, it is allowing the coupling and transition to advance in the periods and intervals of delivery of the services and the achievement of particular goals in order to meet business objectives. I have no hassles or difficulties with handling this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is intervening and contributing individually in my projects, but also in a generalized way in the rest of the areas of the company, allowing fruitful and beneficial reactions in the following: flexibility for integrated and interrelated work with colleagues who are based in different areas, manageable to operate the schedule with the deadlines and times of the tasks of a project, allows to prepare reports of the performance of the tasks highlighted in this regard, browse or make repairs where the need is.

Asana provides the simple user interface to create the tasks and attach the document. We could manage the task the within short period as well as very very simple to allocate the task.

All looks good for me and no downside found on Asana.

To Manage the tasks and allocate the tasks to the team members for daily activities. Simple to genarte the reports which helps to analyze the project.

Project Management for Content Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides an easy to use and functional tool for keeping track of my editorial calendar. I have a content request form that feeds directly into my project, so I can easily see what content I have upcoming. Each subtask is a step towards executing that content, and I can easily assign collaborators to each subtask to get content moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Asana only works to its full potential if everyone is enabled and willing to use it. There's no point assigning subtasks with specific due dates to collaborators if it will still require me to email or Slack them the relevant information because they do not use Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Content management and making sure that content is always on track. 2) Cross-functional visibility into upcoming content that can be leveraged by other teams.

I can assign the priority of the tasks, create subtasks, mark the process to keep track of the task and finally I can mark it as finished and all that allows the work to be more collaborative and much more orderly.

What I don't like is that I don't have a trash can where I can take my deleted tasks

It is a CRM Software, which opens the doors to project management in an easy way, Asana is a powerful client management tool, in which you manage projects and invoices and even quotes so that you can have control in your hands, the Document management is what I love the most about this software because with so many projects and proposals gathered without this software it would be chaos, I like the ease with which I can add a task and apply it to any user. In addition to feeling sure of having important projects and knowing that its security algorithm is very high

Asana is a powerful tool so I can't find anything that I don't like, I have everything at hand, I have everything under control it's incredible, when I have task lists and I want to share it with the work team I create a task list, I generate one brainstorming, date included and saved, I free myself from the need to use paper, my ideas are not lost there I save them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that with the mobile app I can take my projects everywhere and the management is much easier. With the ease of using these tools, it allows you to have really solid description areas, in addition to carrying out marketing spread over several periods of time with Asana, it is complemented by tagging and search, so you can easily track everything.

I enjoy Asana's back end - how they send out frequent email updates with new technologies in their platform, as well as posting friendly videos in platform of how to utilize new tools. I love the Portfolio feature for Business as you can group together projects by department, for example, or by departmental section, and then receive a weekly forecast of that portfolio in one email. They're terribly useful, especially for sending to CEOs or other top leaders who are not involved in the day-to-day minutia.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you create a task, you can assign it to a person or project. When you create a subtask, you can do the same. When you create a subtask of a subtask however, these assignments cannot be made. It isn't often that a third level is needed, but it would still be useful to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we were using Asana as a task tracking tool, rather than really utilizing the projects and teams properly. As we've worked with it over the last year, and grown our startup, we have realzied how to better use the platform. Ultimately, we decided to completely start a new company and scratch the old one rather than try to copy tasks over. We've gotten a better sense of the way we organize and how that translates to Asana. It's not like OmniFocus where you are coming from a GTD base, so there is a set way to use the platform. Asana is open to anyone and so flexible that it can be adapted to most settings, be it personal or business. That flexibility does come with a learning curve.

Make sure that you are organized, or have an idea of what you want the platform to help you with, otherwise it will just be a big daunting toolbox.
