I was not a believer, until I used it every day

the ability to track my own projects, and easily check in on other teams, and my requests for other teams.

it takes a while to really get the hand of Asana. It's a lot of learning to get a handle on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross-team collaborations are able to see results/status in real-time. I'm able to quickly see the status of a project, what needs to get done, ping the person who needs to get it done.
That's huge in the age of doing video calls, and remote work.

if you need to manage a project and need to have it detailed out this is the software for you. While it takes a while to get up to speed the ability to track team work and projects is a no brainer

What do you like best about the product?
One of the useful features that I love about ASANA is its ability to adapt to different situations and different work times that occur throughout the life cycle of a project. Each one of its functionalities or characteristics contributes to achieving each project successfully. Its integrations are other platforms, being able to create cards, add content, ideas, attachments, and other things, is completely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has exceeded my expectations, I am very happy with this tool.

There are many benefits and problems solved. ASANA ALLOWS: To interact with the different members of the team and assistant personnel to carry out our projects.

Taking our expectations into account is important and that is why I want to recommend asana because it has the necessary resources to develop any project we have in mind, it is efficient in resolving conflicts and it motivates each team member.

What do you like best about the product?
It's not difficult to create activities and projects by adding updates, data, and notes! I say much more about intuitive design and the functionality of this particular program. Not merely could I do all in the application of mine, but also the look of the application site is properly designed. This results in a painless procedure when attempting to handle tasks. No one loves a cumbersome screen when it comes to utilizing GSD.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it took a bit longer than a press, as well as in the beginning it is often a bit confusing, based on the amount to which you wish to add the marker.

I've so much on the mind of mine that I feel comfortable instantly and understand what you should do. It helps me and the staff of mine to monitor improvement easily. It shortens the time as well as resources allocated to the task.

If I love something about ASANA, it is planning, controlling and analyzing the status of each project. With its characteristics and functions everything is easier.

Easy to use. It offers multiple functionalities to plan each project task and assign the roles to the team members. The main advantage is that it provides real-time project monitoring.

Asana is an excellent task management tool that allows work teams to share, plan and organize the project process in each task that each team member is working on, and allows to display the tasks in the agency according to the date due date.

Asana does everything so smoothly. Want something moved? Chances are you can drag it. Wish you could do something? Click the 3 dots, I bet the option is in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Naming your custom reports is great, but takes a second to figure out how to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management. It does it so much better than other dedicated solutions. Zoho for example.

Speed up workflow, and make life easier. You'll have spare time to fill out surveys online :)
Excellent way for supervisor to assign tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it is good that Asana is actually the ideal way for supervisors to assign activities and monitor the improvement of the staff, as well as take notes on the jobs I've to do. Asana is actually intuitive, not hard to learn as well as adapt. Feedback can make it easier to discuss specific tasks, and that is actually helpful. Sub-tasks are also a very good feature that really should be done much more often, but unfortunately it's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had not found something I do not love about body style. It provided all the services I expected.

We solve the organizational issues of the team. Sometimes it is tough to maintain everything on schedule as well as Asana tells you all of the tasks and the schedule of theirs in the one place. A huge advantage of Asana is you are able to track and organize all the tasks of yours.

We use this platform to carry out a better administration and organization of projects, we carry out a follow-up and we can observe in detail the progress of each one, who is working on which project and what is doing. We also improve our communication through email and it allows us to have a work flow and save time. It is easy to use, easy to install and its interface is organized.

we can mainly perform a task administration to our entire work team both inside and outside, since they are also in different geographical locations, it also allows us to observe the development of each project and the tasks assigned as they are. is doing and who is in charge of doing it. It is adequate and adapts easily to all companies, to administer and carry out a more organized management in each project. would like to be able to develop an overall schedule by phase with dates and durations that are dependent. Then when you update the start date all the other dates update

staff being responsible for their tasks. With Asana everyone can view the tasks, comment and change the status real time. this is very helpful to a flexible or remote workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The high quality user interface facilitates project management and allows for quick and easy assignment of steps to the person responsible for implementation. In addition, you can easily send notifications by e-mail. Sub-task management allows you to configure everything. Instagantt synchronization is ideal and you can view the project management schedule.

There have been many improvements in recent years, although not every attachment format can be displayed in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration has been one of the advantages, you can add multiple SaaS platforms and work with them. This is very useful for detailed management of our reports, and templates that are available as standard, which makes our work much easier.

Overall, in general, I find it a great way to organise all of your needs and tasks together where you can share it with the people that need it at work or at home and build it into your solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is not over saturated with features, which more often than not, turns users away. It has exactly what you need and with an easy-to-use UI, you can get organized in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I'd like to see added, such as a native Mac OS app. The “conversations” interface could be improved as well as some sort of formal file storage solution/organization.
Some of the more amazing features are a little difficult to find (like automation rules, integrated time tracking, built-in forms), so dig around in the 'getting started' guides to see all it has to offer.

Managing multiple projects and tasks with multiple team members is now very easy and actually enjoyable. Also - collaboration for social media posts is absolutely a must for us and Asana streamlines this process.
