Asana is a great start-up app for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the nesting aspect within the platform and being able to see multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is somewhat limited on the client-facing side and does not allow an option for task templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal projects were widely used via Asana- we used it to submit photos and links to designers and copywriters for internal uses. We also used it to make reminders for ourselves on to-do items.
Great for multiple projects
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have multiple projects. I can work On projects with Multiple teams all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty leaving a project When no longer s part of that team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize different projects. It is easy to separate tasks by due date and add notes/subtasks to make sure you are completing everything you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "My Tasks" page can seem cluttered and does not always keep the overdue tasks right at the top as I imagine they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me time manage better. I no longer have to make manual "To-Do" lists, especially for the tasks I complete every day.
The best team management app out there
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely easy to use and updated often. What is great about this app is that it sends e-mail notifications to your team before their project is due. So you don't have to do it any more. Giving you more time to do the things that mater.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium packages are a bit pricy for small startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management for our non-profit organisation.

This is fantastic software and I would advise you to choose it above any other competing app out there.
Useful Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was my first task management platform which I used to manage and keep a track of the daily tasks of my team members. The tasks and subtasks are easy to create, One can keep a track of all the tasks which are done or are either pending. Users can arrange tasks based on priorities. Admin can assign tasks to different members of the team according to which the members can update their tasks or feedbacks on the given card.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI feels little cluttered. Having more and more cards stacked one below the other is confusing to look it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using asana each and every member of my team used to report to their managers manually about their daily tasks. But after using asana members can easily mark the tasks they've done plus it's easy for the admin also to check how much work is done and how much is pending.

Asana is great for collaboration on projects with clients as well as with internal colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to quick include external clients is great.

Working or project delivery and maximising outcomes for clients.

If you need a collaborative project delivery solution Asana is well worth considering.
Good Platform with Some Setbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to give visibility to the different projects specific teams are working on and allows project managers to assign tasks to different members. The flexible layouts of the boards also makes it easy to see the progress on certain projects and the workflow makes it easy to get a clear picture of the pending assignments at various levels (either by project, team, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not have the ability to assign a specific task to multiple users without duplicating it first. This limits the use-case for certain tasks that require many members to collaborate on it, as it treats each user's version of the task as a different assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easier to clearly see all of the pending assignment and keep track of the current progress made in projects. The main benefit from this is that all members on a team can clearly see all of the pending tasks and it provides them with a more transparent picture of the overall status of larger-scale projects.
The most complete application to make projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most complete tool that I have been able to use to manage my projects, I like it a lot since it has an excellent user interface, with very good functionalities making my projects allow me to keep track of the activities I do in it and thus be at Real time day. I feel completely satisfied by its characteristics..

Asana is the most complete tool I have used, with great features and functionalities, which due to my good experience with Asana I have no negative aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this great application I have been able to manage projects in a more efficient and organized way, it has helped me a lot with the communication between my work colleagues since it also has a mobile version allowing me to be connected anywhere and share my vision and ideas.

Asana is a very complete and easy-to-use tool, it will help you manage projects obtaining good results since thanks to this tool I have been able to organize my activities in my work. Give Asana a chance you won't regret it.
Solid task management tool and tracker
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good organizational tool to create visibility on tasks. It's also helpful for the individual as a tracker. Ultimately the success of it comes down to compliance with using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not a very visually attractive solution. Compared to options like Airtable, Monday.com and others, it leaves a lot to be desire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of providing team visibility on action items and responsibilities.
Asana works great for church organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helped with project management within our church Production department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything that I really disliked.
