Asana is good but needs more features
What do you like best about the product?
It has clean UI and seamless user experience. Easy to create and track the tasks on a daily basis. Easy for a beginner to start and work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more features like jira to become the topmost software in its category. Needs ability to track work log sprint burn down rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Task Tracking. Office Communication.
Great all-in-one project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Manage projects across the whole business easily and efficiently. Great for tech companies e.g. submitting tickets, bug fixes, requests, reviews, raising questions etc. Love the visual layout which makes everything clearer for everyone. Use it within the marketing team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of many but sometimes I'd use Trello for certain things like review sessions, because Asana isn't as good when it comes to the kanban feature. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, switching tools help us to stay organised in a way as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To achieve efficient project management, stay on track with progress and due dates. We used wrike before but it simply isn't as visual, Asana is great in that sense.

No internal time tracking feature, no ability to share milestones with clients like teamwork has

It makes communication between teams easier and allows for tasks to not get missed

I have used several other project management tools and asana is by far the best.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is that it is very easy to use because it has a fairly intuitive user interface, I like it a lot because it allows me to manage projects and always be in touch with my work team, I like it a lot because I can also Track the activities of my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool, very easy to use and intuitive. He has offered me an excellent experience within the application, therefore I have no complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana, I have been able to manage my projects very easily, it has kept me well organized and in constant communication with my work team, making me and them more responsible and consistent with the state of the projects, obtaining good results.

Asana is a very easy to use platform, you will not need to be an expert to enjoy this great application, it will allow you to manage projects saving you time and obtaining good results, in addition, it has a free option in which it will allow you to enjoy its functions before buying the product. I am completely that when you try it, you will like it.
Awesome task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to keep track of tasks in progress and set ahead in queue. Easy to assign sub tasks to other users and to report upwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s a little wonky with assigning/viewing with different filters.

What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible, fast, and depicts a modern design. it also has a free version which is nice when a user is just trying it out.

Not ideal for graphics or intensive work

It is a collaboration tool that helps teams manage all kinds of tasks.
Poorly integrated tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good tool to use for organizing your tasks and separating recurring tasks from those that are projects. Its also good to bring your entire teams tasks together and see where everyone is at a given point in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is poorly integrated with other softwares and does not integrate well with things like Outlook or Slack to properly manage deadlines and the teams schedule. There are other options that are better in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve the issue of getting organized as a team. It did help to some degree but the experience was fragmented as we had to bring information from different softwares into Asana manually. It did however have a good mobile app for users to navigate offline.

Its a great tool for organizing personal or teamwork, basing the system on individual tasks framed into bigger projects. It's a faithful friend in the fight with deadlines and work chaos.

Asana only allows you to assign project tasks to one person.

Being able to see everyone's exact status on a project has been very beneficial
