What do you like best about the product?
This is my preferred user interface. It is brand new, happy and above all continuous, and Asana's staff have actually been effective over the last twelve months and have worked on many changes to improve and enhance the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I can't manually list the tasks to be done. When I get a tag for the task, I get an e-mail about it and cannot add it into my workspace! You can't see it and forget it, so it may not be absolutely the best way to complete the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, I use Asana to track my advertising orders and schedules for several promotions. It is a great one-stop shop for planning, deadlines and procedures - all in one area. We also used Gantt Graphics for many campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants orderly process and communication management.

What do you like best about the product?
Manage and achieve the objectives that are important to your organization, with a state-of-the-art marketing system, where you can manage sales very effectively, where you manage to make the right order of distribution of information to execute the purchase by users, who can perform strategic control of their business operations to write collaborative reports of financial statements in relation to the incredible sales management that allows asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alteration of content that publications suffer due to a failure in the programming of asana, distort the information about the company's products, making users unable to see the corresponding data correctly to make a purchase, a problem that if not corrected can cause a noticeable delay in the execution of campaigns that can involve your organization in a better sales position at the corporate level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I configure and modify my company's system to work with the asana software, triggering the most powerful mechanisms to know, understand and establish a focused margin of progress, allowing my organization to promote the sale and professional distribution of products and the branch of management services that offers this programming, which can exercise the optimal monitoring of the transformation of digital content which allows you to coordinate your work regularly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynamically this software increases the volume of customers that enter and benefit from my products offered, who seeing a first class business organization, can identify and realize that the company can really be indispensable to an organization, since it significantly meets the parameters set to make a corporation can mobilize its products and facilitate access to their products to users who buy with asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a cheap platform. It is easy to manage and configure projects and departments and offers other task management software like JIRA. While it lacks useful features, Asana is visually attractive and easy to use, just like JIRA. While it lacks the useful features that other task management software such as Asana offers, Asana looks very good. It does. The design is very good. It organizes programs, schedules and tasks in an easy to understand way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub-tasks are often in three phases, and clicking on the tasks below is a bit of a challenge. Surprisingly, instead of being a growing sub-task on the main task list, it is useful for random Nah tasks, there is also the possibility of not having enough sub-tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the department manager has a better understanding of deadlines, the sales representative is able to follow the application process and understand the deadlines. It is now possible to tighten conditions. In addition, everyone communicates openly to ensure greater cooperation between the teams

There are many project management tools, and I have used many of them. Find out what your group needs and what these tools can offer you.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is actually helpful for tracking progress / positive results in big team tasks or perhaps individual tasks. Asana gives you features that are important to help make sure that your staff is actually on time, that almost all traps are actually solved in time that is real and that everyone is able to remain on the exact same wavelength. I've used additional project management tools like Teamwork, and Asana is definitely the easiest platform to work with. If your staff members go better with day tasks, it is great to help keep them up to date & make sure higher performance!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one point I find especially irritating in the software's style. The customer care of yours is sometimes really hard to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The experience of ours with program is excellent. It helps the team of mine to control various projects/dates at the exact same time without losing very important tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Aside from the fact which I think it is hard to look for a customer service which is going to solve my billing problems, I've a really great track record of Asana.

Interface. Email summary reminders. Sharing of tasks. Ability to include subtasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Small learning curve. Could use an in-app guide. Feel like I'm not using it to full potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized. Not forgetting personal or work tasks and to do lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend it even if it's not just for project management but simply for your regular to dos and errands. Especially long term tasks that you'll get reminded about through email.

Brings sense to the madness

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of having multiple projects at a glance as there are many I am and you are probably working on. It allows you to brain dump even seemingly meaningless tasks into a bucket so you can get more bandwidth back. It also implement really well with tools like Zapier.com which provides almost limitless flexibility for connecting and create workflows for what business systems you are currently using. Highly recommend getting acquainted with zapier.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I may have noted as disliked about Asana has recently been updated/added into the product as my (assumption) of seeing how competitive Monday.com has become. Now Asana really is the best as they've updated and caught up with a few style/UI changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best way to manage multiple projects with multiple team members. We now no longer use email to communicate on a specific task since it can now be organized on a ticket in asana including comments and attachments. We've used it for project planning as well as content planning like episodes for my podcast; ranging from planning episode topics to potential guests (and in this way it is almost used like a funnel in a crm taking tickets from a "cold lead" stage (or column in kanban) all the way to "interviewed stage" to closed (or archived) ticket.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pro tip, before you start making teams and projects within them, map out ahead of time how you want to structure all of your "stuff". You can either have a project for every subject you want to focus on, or you can make a general project and then separate tasks using "custom fields". This way you don't have to leave the project to see all task types and will save you a lot of clicking around. It also puts all tasks of varing types on the same calendar and this can prove to be very useful as well. Happy PM'ing

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has a very intuitive user interface and user-friendly design. It makes the management and coordination of projects and working groups easier and more efficient. Regardless of the function, everyone can work together on a project and is responsible for it. I love how Asana makes you work on projects. It is designed to be super easy and allow you to work on any project or marketing. Organize and involve the whole team in getting a plan, an idea, each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great place to start if you only have a few people to lead a team or work on a project. It can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using internal positioning has many opportunities to optimize project management The results are very rewarding as they provide us with different tools integrated in the workspace, making collaboration easier, more efficient and effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make absolutely sure it is the right solution for your group. We love the idea of having multiple tasks (time bands), so we can have our own status.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana facilitates the function of teams as well as the improvement of sure task management programs. Additionally, there are great resources to speak with staff members when jobs are performed or perhaps when assistance is required. I also love the social and friendly feature. You are able to work with somebody you are able to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to share with external customers, because Asana does not have several ways to produce simplified function in the complete opposite path. Each guest provides a total image of the project. The device leaves much to desire, since it's tough to add in way too many details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Together with the staff of ours we've enhanced the project management system. We've too coupled it with some other application we use, like our time tracking program, to stay away from duplication. And keep it as small as they can. Together with Asana, we've made good improvement in enhancing interaction and teamwork in a dependable virtual environment.

This is very important to establish the project of yours. Asana provides a great deal of materials for that, and that tends to make it much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and functionality. I love that you can organize by board style and view what you need to in a calendar style as well. This has helped our team's communication immensely. We used to not know when something was being delivered, what stage in the creative process it was, and now we can see when it's our "turn" to do something because it's in the correct column. I could go on and on. (Tags, having one task be on multiple boards)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have nothing I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing creative problems, we communicate our tasks and we bring a lot of projects to life with Asana.

A well rounded intuitive product

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and the timeline is really helpful for planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive and there are a couple of minor quirks that make the workflow stumble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for for tracking the development of the in-house software. I also have the rest of my todo lists on there which means I have central point of task tracking.
