The best for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy in use and allows you to create new projects. In this way, when the whole team is updated, specific tasks are automatically checked as they are updated. We can highlight automatic notifications of user tasks to specific tasks, comments and additions that I like to show.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you create multiple tasks or do large operations on a project, you can use different features in this can be a little awkward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I used Assan, I was following all my time-consuming tasks manually, so my team Some team members would forget to update. Daily tasks have been causing a decrease in team morale and performance, but using Assana has helped me overcome many challenges, save time and meet deadlines

It's a basic business tool. With its help you can control all activities and current projects of each team member. You can delegate what you have to do!

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient task transformation as well as strategic planning and Gantt Chart process enables users to see your assignment as well as a work plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and ability to restructure. My team likes this as well as everyone works a little differently. Asana help bridge this between members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of using asana is the ability to have external access unless on a business or enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My objective with Asana is that we have a centralized platform for all the needs of different clients along with team members. The ability to divide and conquer with team members is incomparable.

Flexible Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a great intuitive (and aesthetically pleasing) task display with an archiving function.
Tasks and all their functionalities are my favorite aspect of Asana, tasks can have sub-tasks, attachments, collaborators, due dates, deadlines, custom fields, comments and can even be linked to other tasks. And in case you don't like seeing your tasks in a list, you can easily switch to a kanban board for even more task-organizing options.
This makes it effortless to find all the information you need in one place, we all know how time consuming it can be to search for a projects work history.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the tool does not have an in-built document editing tool. Although you can attach files and even attach images where teammates can add commentary, there is no live, collaborative document-editing function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has always been overworked but have never been able to pinpoint how or why. Finally, we are able to track our workload and measure it using the workload tool. Visibility of each persons struggles and achievements have been fundamental in strengthening our relationship as a team and increasing our team value in the eyes of the business. We have used the extracts from Asana to build a case to secure more head count and expand our team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering switching to Asana from another project management tool or if this is the first project management tool you use, I can assure you that you won't be overwhelmed! Things are simple and intuitive and within a day you will feel as if you have been using the tool for years. Also, there are TONS of materials available to help you become an Asana pro.

Clear sleek design, easy to use and good interface the connects to almost any existing tools (email, google docs)

Notifications and order of what should we do next is not super clear. Things get left behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking worldwide incidents and documenting the global teamwork. 3 different time zone and work is tracked quite well.

Don't give up on colleagues who refuse to adapt. Find ways to train and be persistent.
Amazing collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Project management, Its timeline feature to have a clear view on milestones and timelines. Visibility on what others are doing. The biggest thing is ability to communicate and collaborate at a task level without dropping email/ pinging anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more living with other apps. Right now it is more of "view" functionality. Example: If a task completes on Jira, the same task should also get completed on Asana.

Asana is a great way for employers to stay organized with their daily tasks remotely and share this same template with other team members.

I dislike that the app runs on data and runs slower via internet, sometimes the features work slower, wish there was an offline mode

Task delegation is the biggest problem solved with Asana and the benefit is seen when there are more than 4 users
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend formulating an offline version of Asana so that multiple users can be logged in and changing things in real-time (Similar to google docs)

Its functionality is strict, because it contains a software for administrative use, with a clear business focus, being the carrier of a commercial organization platform that effectively influences to achieve the most significant changes for their employers, having a service, which exposes the financial values to be understood clearly to give business functions to each user that can contribute to channel a recognizable performance by the company, linked to the asana service.

I recognize that your system brings with it an error within your platform, because in several opportunities I have noticed that it does not respond adequately with its guarantee of supervision, overlooking some very important data, which must be taken into account in order to correct any detail that influences its services to not comply with its patterns of corporate problem solving within the administrative system of your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been possible to skillfully organize the statistics generated by my organization's system, given by the calculation system that manages asana with an agile methodology. The management of corporate process tasks, collaboration tools, professional assistance in directing and monitoring work until its completion and adequate performance, are used by my team to formalize the increase in productivity in my company, being responsible for meeting the requirements of the corporation.

It extends through the whole digital system of the company, reinforcing with resistant material the general platform without losing any time, making easily everything related to the part of development of production, sales and manufacture of tasks that can maintain the company in a stability of progress in real time, where the results that you want to obtain are evident by the programming that contains the asana software, which knows every aspect of your organization and can help you in everything you want.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a cloud-based project and job control software program for Windows, Linux and Mac and Android platforms and IOS. It allows for businesses to control and set up jobs and activities. Asana has choices for various organizational and communication must have. This enables users to possess continuous conversations and make links to documents within a certain task. I actually love the newest update, that has an endorsement element which enables you to very easily approve just about all incoming requests with a single mouse click.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how collaborative Asana is, especially in this new COVID era of working from home. It's great to be able to work with your colleagues on something without ever being in the same room. I like that all involved can comment
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a totally personal preference, but I don't like being assigned a task by someone else in Asana. I completely see the value in being able to assign tasks but I cringe when a task is assigned to me without someone speaking to me about it first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us solve how to tackle large projects spread among many departments. We use Asana to plan on our annual reunion weekend which is a massive undertaking. Asana makes the project management for this event easier as we can track progress in real-time.
Since we are all working remotely, Asana allows us to keep informed on the status of projects without having to sit through yet another Zoom meeting.
