Asana is a great task management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
If you’re looking for high-quality task management software, Asana should definitely be on your radar. It provides a simple way to track tasks within your team or company. It can also be useful for individual projects. It is pretty easy to use, and the learning curve is by no means steep. It can help with efficiency and productivity as it makes it clear of each task that is on each persons plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is excellent at task management, the software does not have a lot of features that are typically on project management software such as budgeting, timelines, dependencies, etc.

What I like most about Asana is that it has a wide variety of very useful functions to manage projects, it works perfectly to invite my colleagues, I can customize, assign and carry out following the activities of my projects within the platform, it is Very simple and organized, giving me a pleasant stay.

Asana is a very complete tool, currently I have not observed or I have not presented any anomaly regarding its functions, therefore I have no negative comments about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great well organized tool, with good connectivity to easily manage projects, I like that I can not only carry out projects only from computers, but also on mobile devices getting good results.

It is a very complete tool, it has an excellent interface, it is very easy to use, you do not need to be an expert to handle this great application, you will get good results in such a short time, do not think about it, give Asana the opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
LOVE Asana!! I'm a virtual assistant and my boss and I use Asana to Asana to track/communicate tasks/projects. What I love about Asana is that it can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. From tracking simple straight-forward tasks to full projects with multiple tasks/subtasks. I love how you can access Asana from the mobile app as well as the desktop!! I also love the email reminders!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is really nothing I dislike about Asana. We are only using the free version. So far the free version has not been limiting for us at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Asana my boss and I would communicate about projects/tasks via facebook messenger. Often we had many conversations going about different projects and it could get messy figuring out what was what. With Asana you can comment directly on individual tasks or projects!! This feature alone has helped us!!
Asana Works, but couldn't get buy in

I liked the interface, but it wasn't as clean as other software. So my team ended up going with a different project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't love their interface. It worked and helped me manage my tasks, but it wasn't easy to get others on my team invested.

I was using it to keep track of projects I was responsible. Not really collaborating.

I think it works well and is more affordable than other options. It all depends on who is making the decisions.
