Asana visionary project.
What do you like best about the product?
I like asana because it has many work areas that make automation and other projects more versatile,
What I like most is that these projects can be manipulated or modified by those who integrate the group in ASANA, I loved
that idea because it allows everyone to carry their ideas.

Sometimes I consider that it is somewhat complicated to understand the modifications of the other members, it would be good for example:
three members in the group, there should be three copies of the same project in order to know the changes that each one has made

I highly recommend this program or software because if you work with several colleagues on the same project and they are at a distance

What do you like best about the product?
I most like the dashboard video where I can see different projects and different timelines. It's great for creating training tasks as well as managing my personal goals both short and long term. It's all around amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly.. No complains I can think of... The program is very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and training small multi-national team and managing personal goals.

I have recommended Asana to numerous people for a variety of reasons.
I love Asana and now can't work without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I had never used a robust project management tool before I was asked to use Asana at my current employer. I now don't know how I'd maintain deadlines and project management without it. It allows me to assign tasks and deadlines easily to other team member, add followers to tasks so they are "in the know" and creates a clean to do list for me everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not snazzy designed interface like Monday, but that doesn't matter to me. I'd rather it work vs. be more asthetically pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create deadlines that I can sort by due date with today's date at the top of the list. It makes staying on track so easy! I also set recurring tasks for monthly customer deadlines, etc.
Streamlined task management tool that works great!
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly simple in its integration and just works frankly. Which is appealing by itself but the GUI is easy going and quick to navigate around in. It's integrations into Outlook and other programs and platforms make it easy to use, which is crucial for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say much about detractors but I'd like to see project templates come into the freemium accounts.

Keeping track of tasks when switching from multiple platforms.

How easy to use this software is in managing projects and sharing project documents via this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be easy to use this tool without many of the push notifications that are sent as system communiques.

Asana has helped me keep track of the multiple teams and projects that I am involved in both inside my department and in the community - all in one place.

If you don't get the notifications set up right - you could alternately be overwhelmed with alerts or risk forgetting your assignments.

Cross collaborations with organizations by using the same platform to upload and share documents and assignments that weren't possible before.
