Church usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the apps sleek look and easy to navigate pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
My church is the media ministry used the app/website as a way to share media and have discussions; I didn’t really dislike anything about it we just switched to a different platform because we added more members and the other software is a bit easier to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We (as a group) were able to chat amongst ourselves about different software we were using such as pro presenter and it was a great app for small groups to have discussions as well as share media

It’s a great app and website to use whether you want to share media or just have discussions amongst your group
Helps Manage Task Okay
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place in Asana. it’s easy to organize things and assign tasks to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as soon as you complete a sub take it goes away. It’s frustrating because U can’t remember what I’ve completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I planned my whole wedding using Asana and it was very helpful!

It's easy to customize your own tasks, set user roles, and adapt your project management strategy for your team.

Asana can get much more expensive as your team scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is useful for big and small teams! It's a great way to communicate and keep all your projects on track. You can customize the look, feel, and organization of all your team members and projects.
Don't use full functionality - lots of options

It is a great program for working across teams and with a variety of folks.

It's not the most user friend - feel like we should have more training for it

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes the communication and planning that goes into projects significantly easier and less of a hassle. Everything can be organized, delegated, and kept track of all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much that I dislike about Asana. In my experience it's done nothing but helped us stay organized and on task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said above it helps us all stay on task, maintain and manage our upcoming deadlines and keep moving forward.
It was a great platform for our small business

We like ease of having a place employees could post tasks and anyone could assist.

There was a version that would crash but once I got an update it worked just fine.

It helped the company know what was going on in all the departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple people working on a project collaborate and you can easily see what has been done and what needs to be done.

We have remote employees in several different states and time zones, collaborating is a must!

If you have employees who work remotely, or large groups of people working on the same projects, this is exactly what you have been looking for!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is the level of detail you can include in your project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
With that level of detail, it can be confusing and some team members learn faster than others on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to streamline event planning and large projects like website launches and brand roll out.
Good way to keep projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly assign due dates and assign tasks to different team members. I also find it to be a pretty user friendly platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that seem overly complicated in the UX design- like moving tasks to other sections, or rearranging sections within a project. But the cons are pretty minimal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been incredibly useful and important for organizing project management across teams and departments. It was instrumental in a complete revamp of our customer communications.
Completing Daily Task with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful with Asana is that it allows me to brain dump ideas and schedule daily task that I can check off once they have been completed. The upside to Asana is that I get reminders as to when task are due which is a great help for me with having such a busy schedule each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that it wasn't aware of it years ago which would have helped me develop better habits in creating task and timelines with my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since working with Asana, I have been able to automate some of my tasks that are reccurring each year. It reminds me that they are due with the help of the integration with my email account. This is a very helpful benefit as I don't have to constantly schedule the same task each your. If anything I will just need to update the dates in which they are due to reflect the actual calendar date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone looking into using Asana, I would highly recommend it. Determine what it is that you are looking to achieve in your daily task, workflow, project management and cross collaboration amongst your team or colleagues. I'm pretty sure that Asana will match up to your needs.
