Great Program!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling and planning out the work schedule with my employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software was a little difficult starting out, however it was very easy to learn.

Keeping my employees scheduling accurate and organized.

We use to solve problems within the company, who is responsible for what, when it will be done. For any day to day tasks. Immediately visible load for all employees

Guys, this is an excellent solution to all internal tasks within the company. It’s immediately clear who is responsible for what and who is working on what

I like the ability to complete tasks by easily checking off.

Not user-friendly. Hard to navigate at times

Team communication can be difficult as we are a small team where we wear many hats. We have often requested the same thing several times. Having the same thing several times is helpful when we need a platform to communicate our daily tasks and prevent redundancies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would simplify the platform and make it more user-friendly.

Asana makes project planning and task tracking easy; I specially like that you can review deadlines and each team member's tasks for different projects in a single list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications on the platform are sent to project leader but coworkers don't get them unless you add all of them to the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, is easier ti control time spend in each project, recurrent tasks and keeping everyone aware of deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for my team to assign tasks to each other and set a time and day for them to be due. It eliminates the ability to forget about due dates. I like how you can add details and information on the task box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can become hidden in the mix if you don't categorize your tasks by due date. Asana does not actively bring due tasks to your attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to hold each other to due dates and deadlines, and keep all of the project tasks we have in motion in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for small and large teams, don't over-assign tasks and include info with your task assignments!

We primarily use Asana for tracking our advertising orders and different campaign schedules. It serves as a great one-stop-shop for all timelines, assignments and deadlines. We also utilize the Gantt chart building feature for multiple campaigns and it is very simple to set up and easy to read. It is also simple to incorporate new team members into an established project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service was sometimes lacking when we came across issues. They advertise their live chat feature, but it is only used for sales, not for program assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple organization projects with Asana. Not only can we now lay out each of our advertisers buy in more detail than before, but we have been able to build out a comprehensive annual schedule of all advertising deliverables so we make sure not to over-sell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you research before upgrading to premium. While we needed some of the upgraded features, we are not really getting our moneys worth as quite a few of the upgrades are unnecessary.

Some workflow messages look more like social media posts, which can be a good thing, but also distracting

Workflows are made easier and can be viewed in a more understandable format with Asana

What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers subtasks which a lot of other PM tools don’t. These help me a lot because I’ll have a lot of things that need to be completed under a main category.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven’t found the perfect PM tool. Asana isn’t particularly visually pleasing or customizable in table view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay more organized and assign my team to tasks or sub-tasks.

Test out other project managements tools to see which work vest for you.
