Great PM tool with automation features and suite of integrations

Flexibility between Kanban board and To Do list view

Lack of bulk updating options means you have to manually edit each task.

use this if you need a company or personal to-do list. they offer a free version if needed

This software allows us to see a board of all our incoming employees for both on and off boarding

Some of the features take some getting use to, learning curve, and just in general finding out how we can utilize its capabilities

We can now assign tasks to pertaining 3rd parties and make sure each step is followed up on

Asana is a great to-do list where you can collaborate with your team. it allows you to create tasks, assign tasks to certain team members, and give due dates to each

the features are pretty limited. it really is only a to-do list tool and not so much a real project management tool.

being able to keep track of to-do list items and having a task defined, an assignee, and a due date.

I dislike how segmented the tasks can become and the email notifications overcrowd my inbox.

We are solving the issues of individuals not knowing what they are accountable for and what needs to be done when. We have realized the benefits of keeping everyone accountable and on task.

asana is a very helpful task management tool. we use it as a to-do list management software for keeping track of different tasks, either related to certain projects or just in general. the support team for asana is very helpful and they are knowledgable about the product. if you need any assistance with using the software there are plenty of resources out there as well that can help you learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
asana brands itself as a project management tool, but it does not offer project management features like cost management and specific project tract.cking like other programs such as Microsoft Project.

being able to keep track of to-do list items.

definitely give it a try if you are looking for a to-do list or task management software. it is not so much a project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana serves as a to-do list for our company. We use it to keep track of all the different tasks that need to be done for specific projects and assign each to-do to somebody with a due date. For this purpose, Asana is super easy to use and serves us greatly. It keeps to-dos out of email where they can be easily lost and helps to organize and prioritize different tasks. There is a free version that is available which still lets you use the software to a workable extent. It is not necessary to have the premium version.

Lacks some features available in other project management software as it is more of a collaborative to-do list.

Keeping track of to-dos outside of email.

I like this application for being vigorous and effective to carry out the detailed and detailed observation of the sales process of the organization.

I think it is a very good support tool for the sales area, but I suggest to include or work the virtue of being able to have a way of accounting for income and expense items in the sales area.

The application is a wonderful tool that facilitates and makes easier the sales process of the organization due to its way of sintering and decomposing activities and its operations among sales teams, distributors, and customers. It is useful and favorable because of its flexibility to monitor and make adjustments in tasks, it also drives and provokes collaboration and interactions between the sales team, distributors and customers.

I suggest the application to be beneficial and add value to the sales area and its work groups as well, it guarantees the quality and condition of the products required by customers.
With Asana, Project Management reaches incredible levels
What do you like best about the product?
We like this incredible tool because it saves us a lot of time, it is really very practical to use and is at the required level. the best thing is the organization that Asana has and the edition is incredible and very novel, the good thing is that I can buy all the tasks with the work team and so we are better organized and the team is leveling up, we have experienced an increase in confidence in our projects and we are really happy with the results, We are using it in a small work group and everything is very organized because I can manage tasks to organize meetings, with this app we can communicate all the time and see the progress of the whole project that we carry out

During the period that I have working with Asana I have made an important advance in all the projects carried out so I do not dislike anything because it has helped us in several areas of our work, our work team is now more organized and we all know what to do

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very lightweight interface with which I can organize my activities, it allows me to customize my activities in my calendar, it has an excellent notification system, and it also allows me to prioritize my activities very easily. I use this software because it gives me access to my work from my mobile or my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point of Asana is its cost, I consider it a bit high since it depends on the number of people you have in your group.

Asana has been the best way to organize all my work, it allows me to collaborate with my team, I use it because all my work is kept completely online.
