Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like making projects in the board style. I create one for each month, weekly tasks with recurring dates on them, etc. It helps me stay organized, but also helps ensure my team can look and be up to date on the types of things I am testing/working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could archive boards within a project instead of the whole project itself!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above. Mostly I am solving for my execs being super busy and not always having time to know what I am working on. Asana helps to give them that insight, and helps me stay super organized in all my tasks.
Asana is an extremely flexible tool for task oversight and project planning.
What do you like best about the product?
The timeline view is the most useful feature of asana for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unrestricted design makes it difficult to figure out how to structure your team's tasks and projects, however, this is easily mitigated by reading through the Asana tutorial articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has managed to create and streamline our marketing schedule so that it is easily accessible and simple to follow for the whole team.

I love Asana, this all-in-one tool allows me to manage and manage my projects very easily and with a great quality of results.
I like this tool because through it we can integrate the team much more in collaboration and project fulfillment tasks in the stipulated times since its utilities allow us to easily track the compliance time, we can assign tasks and activities to completion Team collaborator, we can track the expenses and costs of each protecta. This tool is an all-in-one that works fantastically, I do not find problems in it, I like everything, however I would like them to implement automatic updates and not that they depend on each user.

Asana has helped us a lot in terms of the management and administration of the projects we receive, as well as each activity that is carried out in the office and in the field work.
Monitoring is very easy, in addition, we can verify everything related to the fulfillment of the activities carried out in the company.
We have been able to manage everything in a very easy and safe way, from the assignment of tasks, to the costs of each project carried out and the time invested in it.

Asana for Task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for task management. It allows you to create tasks, assign them to users, and create a deadline. We use this platform for all of our team members to keep track of work load and who is doing what by when. It is also useful for our sales team to use when creating tasks necessary to our sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does not offer as many features as I would have hoped, though this makes sense. There are additional features within the paid version. One feature that is lacking, however, is anything tied to cost of projects, budgeting, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of creating, assigning, and executing tasks with out team.

Asana is awesome! If you are looking for a task management tool then consider using Asana. Even the free version offers a variety of features.

I like the many features Asana offers. It's a great tool for high-level supervisors. Beautiful interface and design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana isn't a platform that can be picked up easily. Unfortunately, if you don't have spare time at work you won't have the necessary time to learn the ins and outs of this application.

I love how much Asana has helped me manage my large-scale projects. I like that with Asana I have been able to be much more organized, because its intuitive interface and its intelligent functions have allowed me to manage all my work in a much more efficient way. I like being able to track my projects through the Asana panel, and I like that I never suffer failures thanks to its good optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has represented for me a strong difference in project management, since its functions have brought me excellent fluidity and an improvement in productivity, and since the use I have not witnessed any failures ... so I have no bad comments on the app.

Asana has allowed me to improve my daily, monthly and annual productivity and that of my entire work team, as it helps me to keep a constant monitoring and follow-up of all work activities and tasks. Asana has helped me assign reminders, allowing me to be more attentive and organized about what I have pending. Asana has definitely helped me to be much more responsible and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for professional software that allows you to manage each of your projects in a really interesting and intuitive way through an attractive interface, Asana is what you are looking for! Its availability on multiple platforms will allow you to be present in the realization of your projects from anywhere ... you will not regret using it.
Best Platform for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to assign myself personal tasks and assign other tasks or subtasks to help me move forward with the pieces of a larger project or event that I need to do before I can move on. This is great software to organize teams that can not meet in person at all times. We can coordinate across the campus and make it easy to manage communication on progress in one place. I also love to be able to set recurring tasks for things that need to be completed on a monthly basis (such as accounting exports, payroll imports, board reporting, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a person is assigned a task, they immediately see it, so you need to know the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize projects and keep all project members informed.

If you need to manage your tasks, it's better than a spreadsheet

The layout was not user friendly in the beginning but I finally figured out how to set it up

I really like that Asana is a very simple and easy to use tool, I like that its interface is so intuitive to organize. I love that it is so comfortable and manage my projects through Asana. I really like being able to create reminders and keep track of the work that my group of employees do. I like being able to keep track of the development of my projects.

Based on my experience that the state using Asana, I was able to marvel at its good functions and its excellent optimization. This tool receives constant updates, and I have not noticed any errors when using it, so I have no bad comments.

Thanks Asana I have improved a lot when managing my projects. This great tool has helped me when it comes to performing my tasks since it is very easy to use. Asana has allowed me to be much more responsible and efficient with the completion of my work. Thanks to Asana I can keep track in real time, and I love that. I am more organized and effective now that I use Asana than in the past.
