Manage your projects with asana
What do you like best about the product?
Without a doubt, Asana is the tool with which I can make my work team more productive, its interface is very simple and has the option to create tasks, lists, I can upload documents, it also gives me the possibility to install add-ons Additional to expand its characteristics.
What do you dislike about the product?
They must implement a group chat by default so that they do not have to add it through add-ons, I think Asana needs an update in its interface since it is very pale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization I use Asana because it is a platform with which I can easily assign tasks to my colleagues, I can see the progress of my activities and notify me by mail if an unforeseen event occurs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a tool that can be adapted to any area, I recommend it because it is easy to use and has a free version that, although it is a bit limited, will help you use your power test.
Started out okay, every update makes it worse
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can check off and assign tasks and that you can comment on each task that’s created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is getting very confusing and it seems that every time they update it the layout gets harder to navigate. I’m forever losing track of projects and assignments and seeing things get plopped into the wrong bucket, which is frankly maddening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to assign tasks to people in different time zones, which is great, but we’re beginning to find more problems arise than are being solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Great software to organize thoughts, projects, and initiatives and collaborate with various users on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive! If you compare this with Trello, the cost of a lot more....perhaps even 3 times more!! There's limited customization options as well.

Simple easy way to organize thoughts, projects, and ideas from start to completion. Great benefits to easily organize vision to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes my life so much easier because it allows me to manage my tasks in real-time not only from my laptop but also on my phone, I can even update tasks offline and then it will sync when the connection is available, absolutely amazing tool
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing that I dislike about Asana, it's an amazing tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage my ongoing tasks on the go and also trust it to keep me aware of incoming tasks set by due dates with notifications

Absolutely recommend it, I encourage every single user to give this fantastic platform a try, you won't be disappointed!
Get better work done by organized workload management
What do you like best about the product?
The app allows us to follow up on each task and map out the milestones and goals and share the work with the team members. Also, we can easily monitor which tasks of the projects are getting delayed to hit the goal. In this way, we can follow up more on the tasks and focus more on getting done such tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timeline is a great feature but it is accessible for premium users only. There should be at least a similar less quality feature for the free account users as well.

Asana is a tool that works extremely well
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great to collect as many ideas as I want, and eventually, form a project with all those ideas that I've previously gathered. It's very easy to use and to keep track of all tasks depending on time and due-dates. It has features that help focus on time management, and I like how lists are displayed to be shown depending on what's important. It's also great that Asana has visually aesthetic boards that help me stay on track of what's going on between projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana displayed my tasks in a more interactive way; the main page is scaterred with information that is not important to me most of the time because I mostly focus on the tasks and calendars, so I would prefer for the tasks to be displayed directly on my main page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Asana has given me room to focus more on projects individually because it prioritizes the creation and distribution of tasks between teams, giving me more space to work on my time management as I please. It has been of great help because it's practical and its customization is very open and intuitive, helping me accomplish great results.

Asana is a well-built software that is easy to set up, and I think it would be beneficial for those people that have small businesses.

What I love most about this program is the ease of its use is a very complete program that allows you to manage projects in the easiest and fastest way you can imagine, you can be organized in terms of project programming and one of the benefits more important is that it saves you a lot of time and time in the market is something very important, the configuration of your board is very complete and clear all its configuration and options are in sight, something important is that it can be used without having much experience, and that is something very important for our company since every time we have new personal entering and we need to adapt to this work system

I have been able to see its 2 versions and I still do not see anything that upsets me, it is a complete program that offers a necessary help to your company or to the elaboration of projects, there are many advantages that this program gives you therefore there is nothing that I dislike, we feel comfortable and satisfied with the result we have obtained working with Asana during all this time

One of the main problems we have solved is the way we distribute the work that corresponds to each person with Asana. We have been able to solve that problem apart from the organization. Now everything is more organized and concrete.

What do you like best about the product?
Once it comes to project management software, there are only a few which work well. And Asana is one of best project management software we are using for several years now. It helps a lot to track projects and tasks very efficiently. It even has an API to make things interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike, However looking forward to seeing a time tracking option in the future. Even without the time tracking option, I can say Asana is the best project management software I've ever used.

With Asana as a project management software, we were able to work fast and keep everything on track.
