Asana is the best software I found to manage projects and tasks in a single tool.
What do you like best about the product?
-> It is very helpful to create a project so easily with the team members.
->we can assign work to team members for better productivity and outcome with a specific deadline.
->we can communicate to our team members directly in Asana and can find how much work is done or remaining.
->It also includes reporting tools, file attachments etc to monitor projects and derive better working efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
-> Asana gets too complex for some simple projects.
->Tasks can't be assign more then one person at a time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create and manage projects with the help of asana. It is easy to use and reliable product. Currently we are not using Asana but whenever we feel need of such software we just open asana and starts creating a group project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If anyone wants to use a software for creating and managing live projects then just go for ASANA. I personally recommended this software for use and gets your work done in no time.

Very easy to use, intutive. I like also the colors and the design

It lacks the automation that Trello has which makes this a less desirable option when working in a startup that use many other tools

Very easy learning curve. Its also allows any sort of file to be uploaded so its getting requests are very streamlined.

Doesnt have a sequential workflow template like Kapost. Outside users can't really interact with the platform

I like that when we have a task we can all see what we are doing, we can chat and like each other in our tasks this motivates us as designers since it is an indicator of how well we have done the work, the task board is great since I see the work that I must complete, when and to whom should I submit it for review with a simple @ I can label a person and be sure that he will receive my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am working with my team many times I can not upload very heavy files since it tells me that I have to attach it in another program, I would like the letters where it tells me that someone moved their homework were bigger since it is difficult to read them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The instructions of the tasks are clear and everyone knows what they are doing, they no longer have any excuse for not completing the tasks before we shared files by mail, whatsapp or telegram and there was no defined path to store all the data of each task, consequently the progress of each task was not know.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best project management platforms which is hosted on the cloud. It even has a free version to anyone get started. Our team is using it for years now and we were able to keep everyone on track because asana helps us to manage tasks and assign them to the appropriate one.

Asana is great, but better if we can re-arrange the layout and customize it to match the working environment and the theme.

This tool is very complete, I do not find negative points, however I would like to be able to configure the boards a little more and thus have the opportunity to see more instead of one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way of communication between colleagues within the platform and possibilities for all contribute to the achievement of our goals. How you can classify the different projects and the possibility to build a roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I don't like at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of activities to achieve of KPIs, it is really easy to organize ourselves. Everyone can comment and interact within the project. Also, it has been really useful in terms of organizing events. I really like the due date function and reminders.

Our company is using this software in all the department and is one of the best in the world of dynamic technology. It helps us in project management, we use it to assign roles and duties to all the members. It is also very vital during planning and executions of various projects.
