What do you like best about the product?
It is a good project management tool, especially for change management and tracking defects. The color coding feature helps to sort different issues based on severity, priority, etc. It has a good dashboard as well to keep track of different tasks and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. So far I am having a good experience using the tool. Will update if I have any bad experience with the Asana tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my daily tasks. Managing defects. Sharing documents with the ability to attach files. Tracking the progress of my work and the team's goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization. I have always been one to make lists and charts to organize my thoughts. I always wished there was a better way. Great design and easy to use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a dedicated client facing component. It is purposed for internal use though anyone can login and use it.

Asana it’s a great help for little business

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve using Asana for a year now, it’s great for work in a big or small team with different positions, it helps with sharing ideas, mood-boards, tasks and information. It’s great how you can check every task, they made it a way you feel fulfilled about it, which is awesome. You can also add pictures and documents with your teamwork, making easy to create a visual of the project. There’s so many ways to create a organized project sheet that’s sometime is overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to understand sometimes how is it organized, because there’s so many ways to do it.

I also forget to do some tasks, because I don’t have or forget to give it a date.

Everybody can edit everything and it can be a big mess sometimes.

I usually use it to be a personal assistant for my client, but sometimes is confusing because it remains me of what should I do the same day or day after

Id like it to remains me everyday to check the list of my tasks under my name

Sometimes when I used it on my iPhone, it doesn’t save what I been working on, if I add a person to the project they can see it, but for some reason it disappeared on mine screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client assigns me tasks and share information about her business

It’s very easy to review old projects and use them as a template for new projects

It helps me organize tasks as a personal assistant
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re looking for a way of share information and create tasks for every team member, this is a great way to do it. You just need to be patience with the app and learn how to use it. As well having a meeting explaining how the project was designed helps to understand how it works.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really great to keep tasks in order and to maintain deadlines. It lets you attach google files automatically which can be of any size, which is really useful. It also automatically connects your google account so the calendar syncs up with your tasks. It also lets you organize teams in your company, and within those teams each person has ranks so you know who to report to. There’s also a fun sticker that pops up when you finish a task. It’s really useful, especially for those juggling multiple files and working on 10-20 tasks a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked Asana a lot, but one thing I didn’t like was the inability to keep stickers on your profile because I thought they were really fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for keeping your schedule organized without even having to sort out your tasks. Everything gets done automatically by who assigns tasks to you. You can see every team’s projects so you can offer to help on a project and make it collaborative.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s great and super user friendly. However, I only have seen it from a non-administrative perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that this is one of the best software applications that I have used to help me keep a track of everything at one place. I like the way it divides each projects and helps me to individually keep a track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update is bad and displays a calendar which is of little use to me. I think fixing this and going to the earlier default view will help me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have completed numerous projects with the help of Asana. It has helped me to organize my tasks and keep a track of all the things that my team mates are doing. Moreover, it keeps me updated with the progress of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I recommend this software as it was a great tool and solution for collaborating work teams to manage tasks and work projects. With Asana you will be able to develop different types of collaborative tasks efficiently,very time effective, improving the product and adding to your work dynamics a lot of productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
mid-level pricing tier for non profits to take advantage of some of the pro-level features, but not have to commit to the fairly pricy upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning keeping accountability and on task was difficult without sending numerous emails and micromanaging. There has been a large improvement being able to work, post and develop all in one place see progress, check-in and further support

I highly recommend Asana, to improve your work team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Asana to better organize my time as well as all of the projects I'm working on. It helps different team collaborate easier, be on top of deadlines and divide responsibilities among coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform look complicated and confusing for first-time users and it will take a while until you get used to it. Also, big projects can be extensive and complicated to follow and track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me and my team to collaborate on the projects and everyone know their specific task and job to to. It's easily trackable, and promoted team collaboration, accountability and communication. Give it a try

If you struggle with time management and organization, Asana can help you with that, give it a try!

Not just a to do list

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the perfect working platform to organize tasks and projects. My whole team can see and share different tasKS easily then keep track of what's been completed. It helps break down big projects and keep progress. Even for personal use it is a great tool to set goals and The tasks it takes to achieve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation tool isn't intuitive enough for quick communication in a large team. When takes everything are being delegated it would be better to have quick access to a chat box. Asana is free for personal use but the upgrades version has many more features. Unfortunately this upgrade is only available for teams of 5 or more. I would pay to have an upgraded personal account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down tasks. Big projects can be overwhelming. With Asana you take things one step/task at a time. It makes tackling a huge to do list feel easy.

Try both in a team and for personal use!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the nice things about Asana is that you're able to divide up tasks between different people. You can assign them tasks to do for employees, schedule meetings and see all your past meetings as well. This may be a simple one but I do like the fact that you're able to customize it and change the setting to fit your personality. We just use it in a group of five for my team in Customer Care, but that's all that need it. We can communicate through it and everyone has access so you don't have to wait for someone to upload things, you can do it yourself which makes it more productibe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is kind of hard to navigate at first, if the set up was a little easier to read that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Asana at work to schedule meeting with the Team Leads, and for the Team Leads to have topics for one on ones with our agents to go over things that we want the department to go over as a whole. Another feature is that you can also write specific notes for an agent if there is something that they need to be retaught or gone over with again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Asana is great! You can use it for big groups or for small groups. There are several departments that use Asana at my work and we all have our own separate page so you don't have to sift or sort through different departments projects. You get to see what you need to see. It's also nice to be able to look back on previous meetings or weeks that you had data in Asana so if you'd like to review it again you don't have to write it down or try and remember. It's all there for the taking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different abilities to organize tasks. I also like that there can be multiple projects within one whole project. I like that we can vote on cards (or like them) as a team and use that for several group decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is just too much going on on a task screen. It would be nice to minimize some info and keep the crucial info present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used asana to synthesize data for usability tests. I mostly use it for that and dividing tasks upon teams for large projects. Asana is also wonderful for group meetings where we decide our goals.
