Effective Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana really shows off it's benefits by taking all the projects and putting them into an easy to read timeline that can be shared internally & externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of notifications built in to this program weigh down your inbox if you're not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up new creative projects with our creative team, new product pages for our newest innovations.
Really accessible for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to see all your tasks at once and how you can filter completed/uncompleted tasks. It's so easy to organize your day with this program. I love that when you check off a task sometimes an image flies across the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is necessary to implement codes and we use repositories for the code, it would be great if they had integrations with those reports so that we can have better the trace of each task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my team stay organized and communicative with each other on a daily basis. It's a great tool to keep everyone accountable and aware of project status, due dates, extra notes, etc. We wouldn't be able to function as efficiently as a team without it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good alternative to keep the whole team tidy and well organized, I recommend it for small to medium teams Organizing and optimizing tasks, managing to integrate all areas in the same process

The easy way to plan and track tasks. The dashboars is useful to track your projects status.

A bit expansive. I'm not a big fan of software subscription because they're a bit binding.

Time optimization achieved with the easy and friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has meant a great deal since it was implemented, because all its functions have achieved a pleasant automation and diversification in the project creation and equipment communication system. My experience with Asana was perfect, one of the t hings that most caught my attention about this platform is that it has a fairly complete UI in which you can have an equipment connection while a project is being carried out, this is a quite function beneficial, because in this way you can receive help to complete these projects that are being developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My negative opinion about Asana is that the file or image transaction system should be improved through equipment chats, since images cannot currently be transferred because the system does not allow it, it only allows text to be sent. I believe that implementing this system would be beneficial, because it would add more variety to the conversations and the fact of transferring images would make the experience more successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very happy with the results obtained with the help of Asana, because thanks to this platform, I have been able to develop better projects for the company that I am currently working on. I believe that Asana has been a platform that has totally changed the direction of our company, and has made us organize ourselves much more, work as a team to complete all the tasks that area presented to us a employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a fairly easy platform to use, and all its functions will ensure that projects are built little by little without the need to make so much effort in learning to use it. Asana is simple from all points of view.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana represents all its functions very well to provide a great autonomy of work at the time of carrying out each project. We use Asana for team communication and for project development and task management. I believe that one of the best factors that Asana has is that it has a UI that is too complete, fluid and comfortable, capable of providing the user with a way to have a pleasant stay while performing their tasks and preparing their projects. Another of the factors that I like about Asana is that it allows you to create projects in a work room, in this way the other employees can participate during this creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I really don't like about Asana is that its mobile phone application is not optimized enough to provide me with a stay similar to the one I have from my computer. I believe that in the application of Asana, they should integrate the following:
1.- Document sharing, to facilitate the sending and receiving of information through the communication network.
2.- Improvement of the visualization of the projects regarding their quality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite the functions that area needed in the mobile phone application, Asana has provided a pleasant experience from our computers, which has helped us create projects with much more success and with a better design. Currently, Asana helps us a lot to communicate as a team, and this has helped us to perform tasks much faster in the company than I currently work.

I like that it keeps track of your projects. You can also communicate to other people on your team through the program.

There is nothing that I dislike. This is an amazing program.

Good for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to organize tasks and collaborate with team members. You can easily view progress and share documents, timelines, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not always very intuitive. Tasks can get hidden depending on if you assigned them, owned them or if they were assigned to you. You have to know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing entire team projects and deliverables. It’s easy to monitor project statuses and make sure people are accountable.
Multitasker’s dream
What do you like best about the product?
It is “clean,” that is, it’s easy to look at and follow along with. It makes multitasking easy and ensures all of my day’s work is completed in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to categorize tasks. When completely a task for the day it doesn’t pop back up under the specified project.

It has helped me to stay more organized and on track with the multitude of projects and daily tasks I have to complete.

Not all of the functions are easy to discern based on the icons and buttons.

Asana has made it a breeze to onboard employees and work with my bookkeeper.
