Keep everyone on track
What do you like best about the product?
Great seeing a group project organized and knowing who is responsible for which tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting others to buy in to using Asana. New things are always an adjustment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks are not falling through the cracks. We are planning efficiently!

It is so easy to use and navigate. It’s not complicated.

I don’t have any complaints about it at all.

It makes collaborating on projects very easy and efficient. all tasks are delegated, prepared for, and there are reminders to complete them.

It really gives you a strong sense of what your teammates around you are working on and what they have scheduled in the weeks to come

it sometimes is clunky when it comes to mass adding a task list, but it seems to improve frequently

communication among team members have been very strong since implementing Asana

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for working as a team on a project, you can tag people, assign tasks with deadlines and update progress to goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
You had to make sure to tag people, Asana does not auto prompt you to fill out all the criteria for each task, so you could easily make a task with no date, not assigned to anyone. That was something that we had to pay attention to as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was too many people working on a project and lack of communication and task assignment. Using Asana helped streamline that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana, like any other tool, needs to be thought out before implementation. The key was to have everyone understand why were using Asana, and what role this tool plays in their day to day work. It really does work best when everyone is using it properly and consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to organize projects and keep track of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just not my style. I prefer something like Backlog over Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is taking up too much time tracking. I do enjoy using it for accessing content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using so many platforms at once, Asana seems a bit over bearing and time consuming.
Great for managing multiple tasks with a group of people.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that when I complete my part of the task, I can assign it to the next person and it can be passed along until we complete the task as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to incorporate someone from outside of the organization. So outsourcing work can be a hassle to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people with hands in multiple projects and this helps all of us keep everything straight and organized with minimal meetings.
Asana is a great way to organize tasks and assign tasks at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is helpful the updates appear in your inbox, so you know what is most up to date on your projects. The "My Task" sidebar is also helpful in organizing what projects you are working on currently with the due date visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike with Asana, I think it is more how my coworkers use it. Like how you can complete a task in Asana. Some coworkers will complete a task even if it is not completed and it kind of goes back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a graphic designer at a screen printing company. We have just recently switched our sales reps over to Asana to enter in information from clients on what designs they want instead using it through our email. I think it is a lot more organized and I can work from one platform.

Had a lot of tasks going on at once, so it was nice to not only organize who had tasks but also what types of tasks there were

What do you like best about the product?
makes work more organize and it is a good way to collaborate with the team due to its feature for tagging people within your group to make sure we see who needs to response on a certain task. Also, I like how it can be connected to time doctor.

Sorting is missing an option where one can see the previously assigned. Also images can't be paste you need to upload a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing schedule with my tasks.
Benefits, it helped me with my day to day tasks and also helped me communicate better with my team mates esp we are all working homebased and communicate only via online. This product is a great way to organize your team's project.

Asana makes team work on large teams possible!

I like that Asana has a lot of features but the UI could be a tad more simplified.
