Asana was a great when a collaborative partner used it.
What do you like best about the product?
That it automated communication and was a great project tracker for the collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked our work. Because no one held anyone accountable to the dates provided on Asana, the project fell through. It sent email reminders which was great, but it was on the organization to follow up with one another. Otherwise, this tool would have been AMAZING.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication between collaborators especially when multiple levels of staff are involved. It creates less confusion through email chains and assigns responsibility to one party over the other very clearly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely invest in it especially if your team is working on a lot of projects and need to track milestones

What do you like best about the product?
Project management was never that much convenient before this useful application as it lessens the burden of daily workflow and also helps in maintaining each and every aspect of the work. Moreover, this application allows me to even pinpoint some issues that cannot be seen while working and also it further helps in a decent way of making effective decisions. Apart from this now I can easily cope up with my meeting deadlines according to my work plans. Making work more organized and also to make it burden less is my favorite part in it. Also, I really like it’s graphical user interface that enables me to look into my projects without any issue or even I can make changes accordingly without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
In this certain product every feature is working fine and also each and every feature is quite significant in making workflow steadier. Moreover, managing dozens of documents was tough before it. So, from my point of view this product is amazing enough for me to work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now am able to look into my ongoing projects and even I can look into the changes that are made by my teammates through it which ensures that every member is acknowledged with all the workflow. Additionally, the results outcomes are so much great that helps me to make effective and efficient reports on my results with no higher expertise. Lastly, I real admire it’s schedule making property that enables me to work collaboratively in an efficient way.

Strongly recommended tool. The price of the product is quite useful and as well affordable for everybody whether they have smaller or larger company. All the features are well suited to each one of them.

I like the ability to quickly make tasks. The various different views are helpful to see what tasks are outstanding and plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have the ability to make subtasks, but they can get lost because they don't retain the same information as main tasks in the calendar and other views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is crucial to our program management and making sure we deliver projects on time. It has cut down on our miscommunication and allowed us to be more streamlined.

Should have all of the features you are looking for in a Project Management tool.

I like how organized the app is when dividing tasks among various projects.

I was not able to set tasks to repeat on certain days or times.

I no longer have to worry about forgetting about a task that I wrote down weeks ago. Even projects that are on the back-burner are organized and consolidated to their respective category.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage multiple tasks and I always receive notification for my daily tasks. It also has features to collaborate and share tasks with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was quite confusing to use but as you go along using it, you will love it specialy when your tasks are filling up. Managing all your tasks under Asana is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage tasks and you can even put severity level or priorities with all the tasks. You don't have to remind your colleagues about their daily tasks because Asana will do it for you. Asana will send daily notifications specially for those that are due or overdue.

You won't regret using Asana and it made work life easier. Say goodbye to your other organizer because Asana will do it for you.

Sometimes too much emails irritates user.
It takes some time to adopt asana not an easy to go for new user.

What do you like best about the product?
When I used Asana, I certainly got to know each of the work tools, which helped me to develop my experience in the performance of tasks and in the creation of new projects. My favorite part about this platform is the "dashboard" view since in this way, I can visualize the progress of each project, and I can manage the various tasks that have been planned in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the really negative things during my experience with Asana, was its synchronization with the "Dropbox" platform. I have successfully synchronized both platforms, however I have not been successful during their performance, since some of my projects have not been automatically stored in my Dropbox cloud, which causes that not all the information is automatically saved. I would like Asana and Dropbox to have better synchronization, capable of storing all projects without exception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am really happy with the results that I have been obtaining in my company with the help of Asana, since it has been a very influential platform during the elaboration of projects. Asana has allowed us to create projects in a much simpler way and has also helped us control all kinds of tasks in our company, carry out planning and have an open communication system to interact during the preparation of tasks.

Asana is a very complete platform with respect to the collaboration of teams and the creation of projects, its availability, allows the user to interact consecutively, without any interruption.
