Great team collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Project prioritization and tracking, as well as project organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the mobile UI. I think that can be much improved upon.

Asana is a great tool for project tracking and organization within a team, especially if some team members are off-site.

Easy to use and very easy to pass tasks onto others
What do you dislike about the product?
Many outages occur in a given month. Although annoying, they are generally resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines workflow and communication among team members who are at different work sites.

The free version meets most of our needs.
Perfect for Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to visualize tasks both long term and short term so you always know what you should be doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about asana, it is a great tool that works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a seasonal organization so during the winter months when everything slows down this is a great time for us to catch up on organization and make adjustments to our processes. Asana is a great tool to keep track of this.
Asana Review for newbies
What do you like best about the product?
Able to delegate and organize tasks among your team members. This is especially helpful for major projects involving members inside and outside of your organization. This software allows everyone to see the progress of a project, while also limiting the view of some tasks to a couple of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Asana was one of the pioneers of company task delegation, it seems like now that there are other team task software that are very innovative, Asana is now trying to play catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to view work and work on major projects while staying remote. We are also able to view documents and files without taking up so much space in our email inboxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely great software to use, however make sure you have done research on other task software like Slack and Trello. You may find these other platforms suit your needs better.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allowed projects to be completed in a timely manner, and it served as a domino effect. Tasks must be completed in order for the next task, or step, to be done in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the Asana roll out, we learned how to use the software in a meeting through a Skype phone call/video chat. I prefer to learn things hands on, with an actual person teaching me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm having no issues using Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to play around with all of the features that Asana has, and get to know how to use the software before having to complete actual deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
We really benefitted from this software as a service that is far more robust tool than what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my default it would sort my tasks my due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with everyone having viability in tasks.
Great for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's ease of use and the fact that it is shareable among coworkers. Being able to assign different tasks to coworkers makes the flow of work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot undo anything you deleted, I would suggest adding an "undo" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't noticed any major issues with Asana. I think there needs to be a box showing outstanding tasks that have been assigned to other coworkers and ways to remind them,

It's very great organization for a small workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's addition of things like portfolios, dependencies, and forms are making it easier to manage our process within Asana without redundancies elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation gets cluttered. I know I can star items, though the default is not ideal.

Can look a bit messy if many tasks are inputted, however with due dates applied it's easier to see high priority tasks
