Incredible user experience and very flexible

What do you like best about the product?
I love the instant synchronization of tasks, no need to click on save to keep my changes. The timeline feature is great to see an overview of our product roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of text is very limited and it is therefore almost impossible to talk about code snippets or logs in tasks for example. They would enable markdown formatting like GitHub does. This means that we cannot use Asana as a one-stop shop for bugs and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to efficiently organize our high-level roadmap and manage our sprints

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking eventos or task. The way to communicate to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mailing notification would be slow if you dont configure the correcto email dns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track duties. For example, for ask vacations during a project in curse i can solve this incident 'cause im tracking this days.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is for everyone to stay on the "same page" in Asana. You get tasks assigned to you & you can ask questions + follow up so easily. It makes working as a team super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any dislikes & wish we ran all our projects through Asana! We love Asana! It's great, particularly for us remote employees (like myself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have large projects with so many moving pieces & a lot of us work remotely ... Asana makes that SO manageable. Everyone can see what each person is focused on with a simple click of a button. HIGHLY recommend this software!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GREAT if you have employees that work remotely, especially in different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to collaborate, have everyone on the same place, being able to see task per projects and due dates. Also, I loved the emails on Friday about the status of the projects on a weekly basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Attaching files is not very user friendly, the webapp was also difficult to use- in fact- I don’t use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are an early stage startup everyone needs to be involved in all projects basically, so keeping everyone on the loop of what’s happening and at the same time accountable is crucial, because it’s all cross-functional. The main benefit has been prioritizing and organizing workloads. Also became the tool to look up during the meetings because we could all see the status of every project.

What do you like best about the product?
I love asana because it makes scheduling not only visually appealing but I love all the reminders to complete the work and deadlines, They are very helpful especially when they come to your email box. I’d rather have the software update everyone then send an email to everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike the most is that sometimes it feels like you have to do a lot for every single task but it also keeps it very organized so I can’t complain

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that you could sort tasks into projects and keep conversations about projects or even tasks together with the item
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to see a full view of all the open task for everyone. I wanted to be able to view everything together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot less email chains needed because Asana keeps track of that. Also no email inboxes getting filled with attachments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great for a free version of Project Management and overall it was very useful. I am definitely going to keep exploring it as an option and see if I can make it more usable for what I need it. Plus it is a beautiful interface!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Asana’s dashboard because I can view my tasks for the entire week. It makes it super easy to stay on top of my assignments and I love that I can mark them as complete!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the page it takes me to when I view 1 specific task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve my time management issues with Asana. I really enjoy the platform overall!

All the alerts I get in my inbox just because I am a follower. I wish it only came to your inbox if someone included your handle in a comment of a task.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for projects that have a lot of steps and/or short turnaround times. Email moves at such a fast paced that it's been great for our team to keep track of where everything is at.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to select deadlines and be reminded.
What do you dislike about the product?
No clear history of all tasks especially those without due dates. Default due date of date finished would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of requests that flow in during the day withouth being dirupted by them.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been of total utility during the last months, providing the best possible way to communicate to the various teams and achieve a better way to create a much easier project. I consider that one of the best factors that Asana has had is the fact of providing me with a completely perfect UI, with an incredible design, with colors that undoubtedly boost comfort within our company. Asana also allows you to modify the color of the UI, this allows comfort to vary a bit according to the users choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I really didn't like about Asana is its operation on my mobile device. Currently, the Asana mobile application does not allow you to create tasks, reminders, nor does it allow you to create group projects, working only to communicate to the company's employees. I believe that Asana should allow me functions similar to those from its application for the computer, so that I can enjoy greater benefits and have an increase in mobile use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has totally changed the way we create projects and communicate in the company I am currently working on. I believe that Asana has improved many things in my company, since it has achieved that we can create projects with much better design and in less time thanks to the fact that it allows us to work as a team. It has also allowed us to create various tasks and plan meetings, something that has undoubtedly allowed us to organize in a general way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a very easy-to-use platform, and that will undoubtedly ensure that each user has perfect accessibility when establishing communication with any employee in order to correspond to the success of the work.
