A better task management system with great inteface for any type of user
What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Asana over a year and I am completely satisfied with the service. The system is great and very easy to understand for any new user. We have been managing all our company task with asana with great clarity and accuracy. both mobile and web app are available so we can manage it even when we are traveling
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing to dislike asana, but I sometimes feel they should improve their search option, i feel it very inconvenient sometimes.
Also, the app needs to improve much more. but overall it is very useful and I will surely recommend others.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing day to day task is very headache and it needs to manage the property for the smooth running of the business.

I don’t love the layout of where the projects are. It condenses the projects so you only see a handful, and if you have a lot you might forget you have it unless you collect “see more”.

Many Different Ways to Make it Your Own
What do you like best about the product?
One of the first lessons we received when onboarding our team on Asana a few years ago was that there are multiple ways to create and organize tasks and projects. That was a bit strange coming from tools where there were strict requirements on how to setup things. But over time we've found that we love that feature. We can morph the tool to do exactly what we want and organize things how we like to see them.
What do you dislike about the product?
My favorite part about Asana also makes it more challenging than other tools. Because there aren't strict requirements on how to setup tasks and projects, you have to really train your team on your best practices. You can use templates and make things a bit more streamlined, but it still takes practice doing things the same way as everyone else on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day tasks and longer projects
Love that Asana reminds me what tasks need to be done and collaborate with other teams as well

What do you like best about the product?
I love its ease of use, how I can seamlessly move from mobile to pc without getting lost in the intricacies of UI and features. Its robust features which are also specifically targeted to meet productivity need. Did I also mention its UI is really sleek, I don't feel tired looking at it and believe me that goes a long way in helping one focus on the task at hand?
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, well except the pricing, but that's my thing. I believe in free software, but if its this good and the developer wants some cash for it, oh well let them have it. They could and more freebies to the mobile version though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allowed me to organize and manage my final thesis, studying online competitions, and much more, literally anything that requires careful planning and preparation asana has been of immense help.

once you sign up for the app, take the tutorial believe me it will open you to how truly wonderful this app is
Best software for streamlining of work
What do you like best about the product?
It is very best. Very easy to keep updated about tasks. Can review tasks. Easy to check tasks has been completed or not. Very good platform. Easy to understand. Very user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It least helpful when tasks is already completed but forget to update, it is continuously giving email updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to assign tasks and that’s how can easily keep track of project.
Best project management system we’ve used!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for this project management tool. You can color coordinate projects (and re-color them at different times which is great for me because I’m a little Type A and like to have all our projects in alphabetical order and rainbow order). It’s super easy to assign different tasks both to yourself and other on your team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that I don’t like is the project system. I wish you could sort of click on a project and see some basic facts about the project: estimated install date (we’re an interior design company), project budget etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning tasks with due dates! I love being able to easily remind my boss about stuff - so helpful and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
As a director, the ability to delegate tasks to my
producer and follow ups to make sure things are getting done in the allotted time.

Sometimes the interface isn’t as intuitive as it can be and that makes navigating on the website a little inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not to many problems besides the interface and workability within the website. Biggest benefits I would say have been the ability to delegate and reassign tasks in an efficient manner.

Take some time to learn the interface and continue to encourage those to use the program everyday.
Using Asana for task management
What do you like best about the product?
It was software to check track of the process of on-boarding, launching, and mainantance of retailers part of our SNAP incentive work across the state.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was clunky and didn’t do anything for me in terms of easy of the eyes. For the amount of time I spent in the app or website it wasn’t that beautiful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up and communications. There are multiple steps in onboarding with numerous people able to touch them and be productive.

It’s a great, freebie tool to use for task management
Intuitive and flexible for many use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s flexible design allows teams with dynamic and shifting organizational needs to consistently employ the solution. I’ve used Asana across teams as small as 2 and as large as 20, and even over product changes, but we could always rely on Asana’s functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to access Premium features for very small teams without paying the same rate as larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish the timeline view was not a Premium feature. I’ve realized the benefits of dependencies and subtasks.
