What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, a free plan is available, and the mobile app is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a lack of limited features and customer support is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management on our digital side.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to communicate with teammates via Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it feels very rigid. I'd like to see more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our team did not manage projects at all. We were really good at 'winging it'.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have one person become an expert. Let them explore first.

I love using Asana for to-do lists and for collaborative efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's a whole lot that I dislike.

I'm able to organize all of my to-do lists!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to check off small tasks within large tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website navigation is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees getting tasks done quicker and without stress over wondering where they left off on a task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it helps me and my team efficiently coordinate when working on large projects across mutliple teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to constantly update info and fill out various other small tasks was time consuming and got irritating after a while
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large scale team coordination and project management. Asana is essential to our team when completing these tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whiel it is tedious at times- stick with it for efficient project management

What do you like best about the product?
I love best that Asana kept my entire department organized and there was always a way to be able to see what task needed to be done next when you finished your current one. There’s no excuse for not having work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is easy to use but at first it was a little confusing to figure out. We did have an initial meeting that trained us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solved with Asana is really just how to stay busy and it benefited tremendously
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a chance to ease in to it!

Great for Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share to-do list with your team and prioritize tasks, while showing due dates is extremely valuable
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface itself can be a tad cumbersome, however, after some experience, it's a breeze
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped our remote team collaborate tasks with your in-office team, which we couldn't have done effectively without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you implement Asana, remember that they also offer a mobile app for your team while they are on the go.

Great Project Management system

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can do just about anything with it. Todo lists, workflow for content creators, even project management for large scale setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one extra feature not in the free version that I would use, and that's custom fields. I'd love to have the ability to add them to my free account without having to pay 120.00 a year for that one function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organization skills and keeping track of large projects such as my content creating for youtube.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you need it to do for you. This program isn't a simple Todo list maker so if that's all you are looking for then pick something else. If you want a full blown Workflow manager you are in the right place. I would also suggest you compare the different plans. Many of the people I know can get on just fine with the free subscription. Start there and upgrade if you have to.

Essential for communicating with your team!

What do you like best about the product?
My remote team uses Asana everyday for everything! It helps keep me organized, reminds me when things are due, and the best thing about it is it can integrate with HubSpot so you can automate the task of receiving tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on the free version, but I know there are things I complain about that you have access to when upgrading accounts. So we just need to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to better communicate as a team and have one central area to refer back to when doing your job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend trying out this services and taking the time to learn about all the different things you can do with it. It really makes communicating online so much easier and automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see an overview of all tasks split by importance, or project, has been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Asana to organize tasks that are both important in my day-to-day work, but also in the grand scheme of my job.
