Number one tool that I use at work
What do you like best about the product?
What is cool about Asana is that I can keep track of the tasks that are pending, it helps me to organize tasks that I create as requests from clients that need to be completed and then assign the task to a team member in case I need additional support. When clients write me during weekend I just add quickly a task in my Asana app on my phone and this way I make sure to follow up on Monday morning.
Also I like that you can organize task by sections and divide them

What do you dislike about the product?
It would help a lot if Asana had an option of adding a priority level to each task. For example If i have 20 Tasks marked for tommorow it would be helpful to check wioch are most urgent. This helps especially in project management and when you assign a task to a coworker who may not be aware of the priority of the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Requests from clients that can be solved by myself
2.Requests from clients that j need help with and I assign them to other team members
3. project management, like having a “mother task” with several subtaks that Need to be completed betweeen different team members and helps us make sure that everything is 100% completed before activating a campaign for a new client

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know some companies that use Asana as a CRM , it is a project management tool and not crm. Users should be aware of the main role of the tool and Asana should definitely not be used as a CRM tool

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really simple and effective tool for Task Management. We use it for assignments and Management of tasks for Remote employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana could also allow Time Tracking in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to manage task assignments to remote employees and track their progress. It really has been a system that is simple. We are not wasting our time configuring the tool.
The best tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the greatest tools I have ever use. It's very straightforward simple and user friendly. There are multiple things that you can do using Asana. Does not matter if you have a huge project to complete, you can brake it down to stages and those stages even more until the task that you need to complete in order to finally get it done. In one sentence I would say that with Asana I get my job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very difficult questions. Particularly because I have not explored he 100 percent of the tool. Maybe if there is way to download like a project status without using instagantt (I think that's how it is called) that would be great. Also I don't like that sometimes I don't get the notification when a task has been assigned to me. Those would be the only two things I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving is time management, I can easily order everything I need to do in one easy tool. Also I can distribute work among other co-workers and make it feel that we work as a team rather than individuals. I have seen great success while using Asana for our own team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. This tool is very helpful you will see the change in time management with your team. This would help them achieve more in less time
Good and Simple Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and easy way to manage a project in Asana, all the dimensions and the way to make with only one click group of tasks in the list view.
I have weekly meetings with one of my teams and we track all of our tasks and milestones. We wrote a brief of the meeting and it's living all together in the asana dashboard with a good visualization.

What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike that if I create a project with some template, it's impossible to change it to another. The only way is to delete it and create it again.

Its use is easy and simple, the whole team is able to use it with a brief explanation. It fulfills the function of delegating activities in a timely and proper manner, making the team's work efficient.

It is only in English that causes lower ranks not to be included in the function.
