What do you like best about the product?
A simplified approach toward project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had an opportunity to explore business/pro features which I'm assuming address any friction points I may have with managing priority on tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task ownership and progress in larger team projects where cross-departmental collaboration is critical. Individual management of weekly tasks and due dates.

Powerful workflow management software

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely flexible and has an incredible kanban view for categorizing tasks and is robust enough to allow us to customize different boards for different purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a centralized dashboard for everything that someone is working on - as it is right now, they have to go into each individual board to see what tasks they're needing to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Asana to better coordinate authorizations between team members and determine what needs to be done for auths to be submitted and us to properly be paid by the insurance company. It's a very powerful program that is also easy to use. We've been able to cycle through multiple people in those positions since implementation and during that timeframe we haven't lost any revenue due to auths not received. Normally we would have seen a 10-20% reduction in insurance revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good task manager for non technical teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are not work perfect. Sometimes they are disappear.
The search engine could be more intelligent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to do everyday routine work and collaborate with team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create sub-tasks with notes, owners and due dates create a clear structure and action timeline. Comments on every level are great for cutting down the need to chase down follow ups and status reports for straightforward situations that can easily be captured in a note. We also use it to include links to google docs, etc. which is brilliantly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating new tasks and organizing them - the structure can sometime feel counterintuitive or loose, leading to extra steps, dragging new items around. It can also be easy to drop thing is the incorrect place. Seems like this could be simplified or structured differently. Certain viewing options can feel messy / overwhelming, especially to team members newer to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving Project and Workstream management, with an overall view to team collaboration/cohesion and efficiency. Asana has helped us facilitate our regular team touchpoint and communication/documentation of priorities. Further adoption is desired and we are exploring how to get the best out of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are a lot of features and functionalities that are useful in Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana isn't very intuitive, and it took me awhile to learn how to use it well, whereas I've had better luck with other project management softwares previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning alongside clients is easier with a web-based project management software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate other softwares as Asana has a lot of bells and whistles, however it is not the easiest project management software out there.

Very Good Ticket assignment Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Ticket management is never made so easy. Ticket assignment, tracking, closing are pretty easy with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any down side so far with this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning tickets to the team members, tracking the deadlines, tracking the work load of all the team members.

Improves workload management and communication

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana it is easy to manage workload between a project team so ensure that you are all aware of the tasks being completed by other members. It has great integration with other tools that we use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the interface can be a bit slow when there are multiple people logged in at once on the same project. Other than that, it has few downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to track what other team members are doing and identify possible issues in a project ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to stay organized on my employees special dates like birthdays, anniversaries etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the app very long to have a dislike. Currently still trying to find the best possible use out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational skills have improved and make it easier for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to keep up with. Making organized lists that other team members can track your progress. Checking off what is done so that managers and cross-functional co workers can see the status easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little bit better on the calendar portion. I don't use that functionality as much as the list creation though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps our client projects organized, finished in a timely manner and helps us keep team members updated on task progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a recommendable tool for task management with a very comforting surface. It is easy to handle and set up projects, tasks and teams. It though lacks some useful features that other task management tools like JIRA or teamwork offer.

Remembering what tasks you have to get done. helps with efficiency.
