Project Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to easily set up repeating tasks. I have regular checklists I need to complete in my position, and Asana makes it so I don't have to retype everything every few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Asana
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of all my tasks, without too much maintenance to do so

I like that I can easily see what my team is working on.

I notice a lot of duplicate entries. Not sure if it's a glitch or user error.

Communication with team. Being able to follow up through Asana makes staying on track easier.

Asana can be a great tool if the entire team uses it correctly.
Handy for multiple projects

We use for tracking multiple client projects with multiple users

Copying tasks and adding tasks can be non-intuitive

Like being able to copy tasks to multiple projects but can be cumbersome

Will it do what you need. Create a test project and make sure it will work for your purposes
Great program to share project status
What do you like best about the product?
I love using this with my staff and others for our projects. We recently changed from using Nifty to now using Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many issues with this program. Trying to teach the employees the first time is a little challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the best platform to share with other employees on future projects.
Asana is our go-to project management software
What do you like best about the product?
The project management of Asana is my favorite characteristic. I was sick of getting 50 "reply-all" emails from team members for a project and trying to decipher what was going on with it. With Asana, we can create a task and keep all relative conversations and files in that one area instead of having to read through a ton of emails. With each task, you can easily mention other team members and assign duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where the notifications on the phone app have not been working for me. Usually, a cache clear does the trick, but it's very annoying when I miss messages or tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana takes the frustration of communication all over the place with projects. Things get done more efficiently and people are held accountable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the Asana videos. We were lucky enough to have someone on our team who was familiar with Asana when we first started and she showed us a lot of the features that we weren't aware of (like tagging people in conversations with "@") If you go through the Asana YouTube page, they should go through these things.

Being able to assign tasks to different team members on different projects and reports on who has done what and what is still remaining to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar integration could be a little smoother.

Keeps milestones for multiple projects on time and under control

What do you like best about the product?
How seamless it is to organize and upload tasks/files that need to get done.

Nothing that I can think of to be honest

Keeps all of our teams tasks and files organized on campaigns we're running. It keeps us all up to date on what each of us are doing and what step we are with a client.

Asana is a simple, easy to learn and use time management program for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features take a bit more time to learn.

Asana makes it easy to manage tasks between team members so you can track when will each task be completed.
Awesome task management software for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent user interface that's extremely easy to use all included in the free version of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons here. It does everything need currently need and it's free.

Keeping our team organized and on schedule while keeping everyone in the loop.
