What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration features and the ability to create a check list and check of tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much time and effort to set up, integration to other apps is hard seems like an extra tool to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped my team organize, and keep track of multiple projects, it has also helped break down tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Charming tool for project management.
Great for remote jobs.
Lovely user interface, with very intuitive menus and settings. You don't waste time trying to handle this tool.
You don't have to download anything, neither plugins nor other programs, since, the platform is cloud based. Convenient mobile app.
You can create quick tasks and assign them to members of your team. User friendly actions, such as attaching files, assign sub tasks, add annotations, etc.
Easy use of the calendar so tasks are done on time.
It is the only project management platform that allows you to change the prioritization of tasks in a certain time to obtain a better workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for unique features is a bit high. The price increases a lot when more seats are added
Laggy in low-income computers and with large projects.
Slow customer service for non-premium users.
Sometimes it is difficult to recognize the tags and they interfere with the groupings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to manage projects than through conventional means of conferences or joint meetings. This, above all, in large work groups. We solved the problem of team communication, in which there were confusing situations between coworkers. Deadlines are best scheduled. Remote work is more bearable. We are still testing this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Asana, due dates become easier to arrive with work already done. The administration of the work of each of the project members becomes clearer, and there are no problems with the completion of the project. Your coworkers can assign you tasks while you look for your time to do them.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is any easy-to-use software that allows my team and I to stay up-to-date with tasks, without the headache of email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our older employees have a difficult time learning how to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of being able to stay organized and meeting deadlines on time, as the software has due dates and you can assign the tasks to employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for small or large teams with a variety of projects and tasks. It’s very user friendly and allows everyone to be aware of what’s being completed. It’s very useful for team members who are remote or in another location as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a lot of elements so initially it is a lot to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed our team members to be aware of each others’ bandwidths and made it easier for managers to assign work.

What do you like best about the product?
Like that there are multiple views for a project(list vs cards). Also like features like portfolios and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features aren’t as easy to use or robust as I would hope for. For example, there is no easy way to add a project to your portfolio right from your task list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to manage multiple team members across multiple departments and everyone is able to monitor project progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for small to large teams. Can be as robust or simple as you need it to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management solution for a complex business
The ability to engage teams from all areas of the company on a single project and as a manager the portfolios and workload tracking are very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to find things using the search functionality

Managing projects that involve many different teams across the company

Initial ticketing system for our technology group

What do you like best about the product?
We used this ticketing system as an interim solution for our Help Desk Support. However, it was hard to integrate it with SharePoint. We end up going with another product. Overall, it is a good product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was cloud-based and the data was kept off-site. We did not want to risk our data to be compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have any issues. It was perfect for tracking help desk tickets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great if you don't have a ticketing system. I will definitely use it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. It's easy to add recurring tasks. I like the boards for some projects and lists for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I don't like. It would be nice if it had its own time tracker, but I found a third party one that I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The projects and boards help me keep organized so I always know what I have coming up and when projects/tasks are due. With smaller clients, I may set them each up as an individual project in my own account. With larger clients who have a lot going on or who have a team, I set them up with their own account, which I can access from the dropdown in my account.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is flawless. Everything you need would be visible on the main page. You can also create favorite projects, by which we can more focused information displayed on the main page. Info graphic visualizations are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about asana. We would get too many notification in the mobile application if the settings are not altered. But that is user dependent so each individual can change the settings according to their preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use asana for team based project management. We can create tasks and assign it to people and also create sub tasks and people can view and also give updates via comments and once its completed can finish the task. It is very beneficial for teams and makes them organised in working towards a common goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a big team and need a project management tool for organizing the tasks just go with asana.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Asana for ease of use across teams and projects. The repeat function on tasks allows us with confidence to not miss deadlines. The colour coordination of projects can give us a quick glance idea of what is on our plate for the day. The ability to add pdfs to tasks or projects also gives us the freedom of not being tied to one office and to keep a more paperless environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have default settings when moving across fields. I enjoy seeing my tasks appear by deadline, instead of the default. Each time I navigate back to my tasks, I have to choose how I would like the tasks ordered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to grow our business with confidence. As bookkeepers, we are relied upon to keep everyone (including ourselves) on top of a lot of deadlines. It allows us to manage our workflow accordingly. We have recommended it as a tool to clients as well.
