Great for marketing project management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate details on a specific task to the entire team. The history of task communications is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. This is a very helpful tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to all be on the same page of where projects are and what is working and what still needs work. We are all clearly aware of our responsibilities on the team and can jump in and help when needed because of the details included in Asana.

Project Management With Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows assignment of projects to your team with a breeze. Projects are easily divided and editable by those working on them. This allows for a smooth transition between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few options to sort tasks by type, which can sometimes result in low visibility when attempting to manage a project. Support left a little to be desired resulting in us utilizing our in-house support team more than we would have liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're easily able to divide and tackle tasks without team members doing additional work or performing double work. I can review our progress at a glance and determine which areas of a project require additional focus. We are able to get real-time updates about productivity and run reports covering a vast array of project management KPIs.
A simple and effective project management program.
What do you like best about the product?
The timeline feature is a GREAT way to keep track of everything that is going on within a project. It's a helpful visual of who has to do what, what tasks are linked to specific people and it's all flexible and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one small thing I don't like is that the timeline feature isn't available for mobile view. I like the visual of it, and on my phone I'm only able to view calendar or lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps consolidate everyone's hectic task schedule into one efficient app. Before we were just emailing tasks between people which could lead to confusion on details; Asana is a straightforward schedule that's easy to use and keep track of.

What do you like best about the product?
That the application is very intuitive. You need a minimal amount of training to use this. It’s very user friendly and quick to get started on. I think the fact that you can use tiles to create tasks and can categorize tasks the way you would like makes project planning efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a small team so it can be very expensive if you want the advanced features such as timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana enables me to do a brain dump of all the things I need to accomplish and organize from there. I’ve been more efficient and less anxious about attacking big projects.
Great, Easy to Use Product
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana to track our projects, tasks and deadlines. It is easy to use and makes it easy to keep track of all of our deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get to busy to actually go in and add tasks, not an Asana fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deadlines.

It’s helpful for cross-team collaboration. We use it to prioritize and plan requests and projects for our creative team.

It can be difficult to export documents / communications out of Asana, which can be tricky if others aren’t using it.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Two things return to mind: I am exceptionally not an addict of Asana's "Home" or "Inbox" tabs. Honestly, I do not perceive the purpose of them and realize it a touch frustrating that the default read is "Home" instead of "My tasks." Their Home read could be an untidy mess that does not provide you with associate degree perceptive or useful investigate your day or your priorities. I terminated up making a custom marker straight to the My Tasks read to avoid it. Same goes for Inbox: it isn't that I've had a foul expertise with their inbox tab, it's merely that I do not extremely perceive the purpose of it. Good for small scale team management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to manage the team by assigning tasks and monitor. Also, the calendar view showing all the tasks of me my subordinate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't track out the timing without plugins and those only one month trial. Also can order the task and can't mark the current task.

Team Management, Task scheduling, Resource allocation. It very fast and user-friendly for small scale team management

What do you like best about the product?
We can add or update any small or minor details for every project. The tool is very useful for both startups as well as for large scale companies. There is no any specific limitation on the number of projects to be added in the Asana. This tool is really useful for both small scale industries and large scale companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no any major thing to dislike in Asana. They can update the UI in some better way, that is the only option i will select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While considering the benefit, we can say, this tool is really important to utilize our all resources. With the help of these resource utilization, an organisation can move to the profitable way to success. Asana plays an adequate role in overall prosjects as it can be chaged or updated unlimited times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend all the other users to complete the task immediately after finishing the task, otherwise, it will be too much of mixed or combined tasks on the home-screen or dash board of Asana. The most unique feature of Asana is to make unlimited projects and it can be edited or updated on a single dashboard.
