What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about Asana is the way you can break projects up depending on department. I love that you can tag someone in your project and it adds the to the thread of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the facts that you can not add to more than one project unless you click the plus sign. It would be nice to keep tying your department and it just lists them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits we have realized is that we can keep everything in one place and it organizes project according to due date. It moves the projects due today to the top and has them in ascensing order!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Asana if you have a large number of items that you need to assign to departments and prioritize.

Clicking on tasks to open the details often triggers its title modification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects is now way easier than before, and as a growing team, it was more than necessary to be able to delegate tasks as well as being able to interact with their owners within the platform through comments. Also, being able to have parent task owners and different sub task owners is a great feature

Try to read the documentation or tutorials to implement it to your workflow as good as possible. It is easy to get carried out by its workflow and use it uneffectively
Satisfying tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Asana is that it helps me when I am overloaded with tasks, it helps me to organize my and my team's tasks and manage them effectively. Asana allows one to create tasks and subtasks, assign it to someone, add notes, set up due dates and every other thing that project management tool must-have. Also, there are plenty of tutorials that help you to get used to Asana quickly and easy. Most important that it can synchronize with the calendar and you can have all the tasks in your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to say about I do not like about Asana, but there are some: It would be great if I received fewer emails about every little change on a task. Subtasks should also appear on calendar ore there would be some checkmark for appear or not appear on calendar. Also, it would be great to have priority levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize my tasks, and tasks for my team. Asing people to taks and add due dates. It helps me to have my job orginized. Very helpfull tool.

I Recommend it to people with plenty of tasks and want them to be organized.

The lack of integration with other apps like google and mail apps.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use. Asana is simple and great to keep track of projects, deadlines, and assignments. I've used Asana for several years now and it is a solid tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easy to assign multiple people to steps in a larger project. For example, a project could have multiple steps that are needed for other steps to be triggered. There is no functionality like that. To us, that is a pretty basic need, sad it doesn't really allow it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping task happening. It is easy to say you will do something or remembering that you do something but this tool does the basic reminding you to get it done.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has complemented all my needs in my company very well, because it has provided the best possible quality to develop all kinds of project creations and diversified tasks. One of the things that I liked most about Asana is its ability to offer me an extremely stable network, with which I have been able to establish an open communication with each of my employees and with my work teams, and in this way, to be able to have a better administration regarding projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I did not like during my experience with Asana, is its application for mobile phones, since it is currently a bit limited with respect to the use of the user, causing that you can not talk through team chat, and Projects cannot be shared. I believe that this application should be significantly improved, in order to ensure better user results through your mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been really beneficial, since it has changed the way we carry out projects in the company I am currently working on. I believe that Asana has helped me a lot to be able to have a very stable team chat, which has helped me to create group projects, and in this way to complete them much faster. I am really happy with all the results obtained with the help of Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is extremely easy to use, its functions adapt quickly to the user, its free trial achieves a great advance to the user, by openly providing the ability to use premium functions without for a limited period of time.

Do not dislike any specific aspect of it. Not ideal for graphics-intensive work.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved that we were able to do so many things in one platform. We were able to set deadlines, prioritize projects, keep files in one place, make notes, keep changes organized. It was very useful and helped us stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
Design wise, it looks a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allowed the CEO and I to understand where we were at in certain projects, helped us keep all files in one places don’t easily accessible. We no longer misplaced files or emails or missed deadlines without realizing it.
Largely very effective with a few drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is excellent tool for project management, you can assign tasks, set deadlines, and break down projects into as large or small sections as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues with integration with other software not working very well, or working on one level of tasks but the next level deeper of tasks it won't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was excellent for signing tasks to designers on my team, i was able to keep track of who was doing what, get notifications when a deadline is missed, archive old projects but still have access to them, just to name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Asana is! It keeps me on track and helps me stay organized! I also love the color coding and easily ability to share tasks and comments. I also love that you can add subtasks when needed for different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike. The ease of using Asana, along with the organization is perfect! Maybe an option to 'hide' some tasks that are far out in the future, so that scrolling down 'my tasks' list isn't so long and overwhelming?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects and tasks. I use Asana daily for both work and personal tasks. It helps me keep track of my daily work responsibilities, with due dates and the ability to look ahead. I love how it frees up my mind space to focus only on the tasks I need to complete 'today' or 'this week', so I'm not worrying about tasks that are coming up in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It makes checking off all of those pesky tasks fun! A lot of our clients struggle with getting and staying organized. I love how easy it is to schedule tasks and share them with our team. Being able to separate different projects and work areas really helps us to be able to keep everything organized and on-time withthing the business.
