Great tool for team project management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust this system is! It's great for task management on a large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if over used this tool can be a nuisance to the people who are executing on tasks. If too many alerts are set up you get blindness to the notifications which can be as overwhelming as too many emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved with asana are communication and organization for tasks and large projects for large and small teams alike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would set up alerts when it counts and not for everything!

Great Productivity Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great productivity tool with a fantastic free version. It is clean and simple and easy to use. It is great for collaboration within teams and outside of teams. It's integrations are great, for example it syncs with calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for Gantt charts, features for multiple users can be limited with assigning tasks, The reporting could do with work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a task management system that could improve work efficiency as well as help with team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, organize, track and manage projects. Simplifies team based projects and provides insight into project management activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creates too many distractions during the day. Too many people asking for support or updating notifications. I have to turn it off and check at the end of day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management updates and insight. Improved communication and speed to market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product, but can be overwhelming with notifications.

Can't convert a list view project to a board view project.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing and optimizing tasks, thus achieving the integration of all areas into a single process.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is in software development and we use repositories for the code. It would be great if they had integrations with these repos to better track each task.

What do you like best about the product?
When my company did use this service it made project coordination easier to navigate including a timeline and being able to view my individual tasks as well. I love checklists and seeing my progress toward finishing a project with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reason we stopped using Asana was it was organized but file handling and commenting was a problem? We are a marketing division so we have to share a lot of works in progress and use that to critique and give each other feedback as we go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow organization is important in a team environment and being able to see everybody's tasks tacked to singular projects was useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for teams and collaborative projects, maybe less so for more creative direction and organizing for artistic projects

What do you like best about the product?
I simply love Asana. It's great how you can assign tasks and due date to other people. This software has increased accountability in our company by tenfold. I also love the Kanban board where you can track the status of your project as each subtask goes through the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple email notifications can be bothersome so I suggest this be turned off. Aside from this, it would be great if Asana could somehow integrate with my daily calendar. I could then populate that calendar with the due dates of the Asana tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is our solution for task management and project management. As I said, our company has become so much more productive with this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! It's a great software. I am sure you guys will love it as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana tool for keep note and issue tracking, very good tool, amazing user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product price is very high of Asana, when I compared to trello they need to improve their strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep issues and notes in one place.

offer them reduce pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Great for process management and letting the team know who is in charge of what, everyone can contribute to get the tasks done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a long learning curve most of the users were not able to complete so we did not use it to full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
task management and checking the status of each part of the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for task and process management similar to Trello or Jira but since Asana has more features it takes longer to learn completely. We used it for about 4 months and stopped since many members of the team did not use it fully.

A Great Project Management Tool for Any Team!!

What do you like best about the product?
I think the User Interface is easily the best feature when you first start using Asana. Very easy to navigate and to understand. If your team is already heavily involved with using Social Media and such, then they will easily get use to Asana's interface. And those who aren't will still be able to create task within minutes of starting to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't put a finger on the worse part of it, but i wish there were more integrations. But, i do believe that Asana really works hard with keeping those updated. Almost on a weekly basis, Asana adds more and more integrations so that you can still use the apps and software that you are currently using so that it's easier to keep everything on track at no additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problem that Asana solves is communication throughout my team, being able to easily communicate so that nothing falls between the cracks. The fact that Asana eliminates the overall need to micro manage your team is a huge plus. Now a days, you must either reach out to team mates through email, text, phone or worst of all getting up physically and going to his or her desk to find out the status of a certain project. But what if that person is teleworking or not on site? Asana makes it so much easier for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are several webinars and tools that Asana provides to new users to help them get acquainted with Asana.....use those resources. They will definitely help you and your team
