What do you like best about the product?
Complex workflows can be visualized and conversations can be had inline at every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email notification preferences could use some finessing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting out of spreadsheets. The data is much easier to chop up and view in different ways than with a spreadsheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version and use it for your own personal tasks: picking up laundry, grocery lists, appointments, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Asana for 1 year and it is very comfortable application for managing tasks. Asana is very easy and intuitive, so that newcomers and people who use Asana first time, don't have any trouble to learn it. Its design is very well structured. With Asana you can monitor every process effectively.
It's also very cheap and I think, that one of the main assets Assana has, is that Its integrations allow data sharing with many services.
When using such softs it's very important to have a strong security and information must be well secured.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Asana is the best PM program I have used before.

So that, I really can not say what I don't like about Asana, but for me, it would be good if customer service and help center Asana is faster. Also mobile application of Asana is not good and I really don't like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Asana to organise tasks, analyse how they are structured. Also Asana gives me an opportunity to see statistics of project, which process is bottle-neck for this project and which are most efficient and so on.

Also, when making project plan, it is much likely that you forgot something important with which can optimize process and boost overall eficciency. So that, it's important that Asana gives you some suggestions and recommendations which are very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend to use Asana, because it is a tool which helps you to make project management fun. Asana has a lot of features and opportunities and helps you to arrange, control and manage your project much more efficiently.
Also it makes easier to communicate with your team members.

Besides that it is very easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. Its security and privacy are more than acceptable and there are plenty of support options.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking of deadlines in projects really impress me, the project updates are also presented on time.
Given its free for first 15 users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One task is delegated to just one person not more than one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of tour and travel projects in the company. This involve the arrangement of accomodations and travel of guests.
Assignment of tasks and collection on due time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a tool that sync your calender's to your tasks for appropriate project completion and target achievement.

I don't like the metrics it is tracking and need improvements, escalation process need to improve.

Easily we can log bugs and those are visible to the team members. they can comment and add some more info about the bug. and we can make the status as solved

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was customizable, and allowed a whole team to use it. I liked the color coding, so I could easily know who was who and could see the progress we had made as a team on multiple tasks all in one place instead of trying to search through email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a learning curve to get to know how it works, I don't think we utilized it to its full potential or as smoothly as we could have because of this. Can be somewhat complicated at first, but awesome after that, It really does what we need it to do. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good experience. Kept our team organized, helped eliminate some stress while working towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously. Asana keeps us all on the same page for communication, which is important because we are all in different locations. Love the ability to quickly create projects, assist tasks and mark them done. Super simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The simplicity of the interface and that it works across mobile devices and the desktop/web, Asana is the best project managing tool I’ve used!

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Asana at my previous employer because it’s user friendly, nice to the eye, and simple. Managing tasks, submitting request across coworkers, and going back for reference is just all too good and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I found that I did not like about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply, project management and keeping track of team members tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform with great integrations to other recognized applications, this means that you can manage most of the processes of your projects from the same space, in your initial platform you have graphs and statistics that will provide important information for your management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system of alerts and notifications should be a bit more intuitive also, not only notify through mail or on the same platform, it would be great to show a pop-up window or an alarm on the programmable cell
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to use a tool with which you can complement your project management, it is excellent to carry out communication campaigns and make the respective follow-up, it induces you to have a clear planning with real times that allow you to develop the initially proposed goals in the established times.
