What do you like best about the product?
It's a great Swiss army knife tool that molds to how you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike at this point is not having buy-in from my whole department so that we're all using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an internal creative department for a mid-size nonprofit. There are a ton of jobs, large and small, and the priorities shift often. Asana keeps us on track and in touch.
Solid Tool to get you Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool that is providing satisfying services for task and project management. Asana keeps professional team behind their application that keeps on developing its program according to the user's need. Simple, easy to use App Easy to Share with Co-Workers, Team-Members, etc Like that you can add media, etc to ask for more detail and direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana does not keep negative things I really prefer this service for Project management. Asana is also going great when it updates its program; It's every new version brings helpful functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to organize and track projects progress in real time.I think it's a project and task management solution based on the preferred cloud, on my team and in my personal life. It is also known as a great tool for collaboration and communication. We can manage multiple projects efficiently at the same time. The most interesting thing is the notification feature that keeps up to date with the ongoing projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Asana is a project in need of renovation
What do you like best about the product?
From Asana I can say that he is one of the most famous project organizers, with some shortcomings that must be eliminated but in general he behaves well. It stands out for its simplicity when registering and a very clean web-based interface that allows you to work in the cloud without downloading any application. We already know that working in a web browser has its complications as a waste of additional resources but it also gives us mobility and we can work from any space. We hope Asana keeps innovating and launches a downloadable version.
One of Asana's advantages is the fluidity with which it performs data processing and it is very convenient to enter data from the beginning. Asana is intuitive and easy to use and the templates allow you to have different types of projects to organize them according to the work we are going to do, the program itself is a jewel for the visual characteristics although it has some faults that I will detail below. It is perfect to edit fast projects that need many steps such as engineering or computing where you can go writing short notes to remember throughout the project. But it is discarded in projects where it is necessary to introduce great volumes of data because until now the integration in Asana is not optimized.

What do you dislike about the product?
As far as the Asana synchronization is left behind, the Google Drive files cannot be attached but only uploaded and that unnecessarily multiplies the files. The synchronization with Google Calendar is not true, it only allows a subscription that is updated from time to time. Another regrettable thing is that in the forums closest to the Asana team have been asked for improvements to the application but are not attended, it seems that the development of Asana in general is stopped and was just one more project to leave in oblivion.
The way Asana is conceived is great but important improvements are needed such as errors in the order of tasks by dates, sometimes you must check the entire list of tasks when you want to keep up to date, this is also due to a general view quite messy from the dashboard. As a solution to this I propose the creation of folders where individual tasks and projects can be stored but we are at the mercy of Asana's team.
With regard to the web version of Asana we have no complaints but working from a browser is not possible for any team because web browsers consume many unnecessary resources and make lose the concentration of some employees, apart from the fact that if you close the browser sometimes do not save the changes. The latter also happens within Asana, some tasks are simply not saved and have to be done again, this is really uncomfortable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recommend Asana with certain reservations, should be used only for projects that will be completed in the short term and be aware that the Asana platform in general needs many improvements and updates that are not detected by their technical team for now but in general if it serves as a workflow organizer, for this reason I recommend trying the free version for a while and see how it adapts to the needs of your team.
The Importance of Using Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Asana for almost 2 years now. I could say that this is helpful to organize task, projects and personal agendas. Easy to use and very good in terms of quick collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing as I don't like in Asana.

Asana is INCREDIBLE for group project management. It allowance all parties involved to stay up to date with the project at hand and how various tasks are progressing. Streamlines communication, makes sure nothing falls through the cracks

I wish Asana had a desktop app. Then I would always need it open in a tab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No miscommunication on status of projects
Projects are not forgotten
Projects are not forgotten
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for remote teams
Excellent for project management
Excellent for project management
Great task management and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to implement and to onboard new users. The interface is attractive and very intuitive. New features are appearing every few months the recently added Portfolio/Workload feature is brilliant. Now I get the Gantts I need to monitor my team's workload and our many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to estimate hours per task would make Workload even more useful. Keyword search (for completed tasks/projects etc.) can be a little flakey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Asana I was working with former dev and it was always very hard to know what was done and what was not: we paid for working hours but we never had a clear follow up of their tasks... With Asana it's a big relief: I know what I'm paying my dev for. Every task is documented and clear. You can add or delete a task, add comments, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a breeze to use and it enables our busy publishing team of 10 to collaborate and stay on top of our day-to-day. It also gives me the paper trail I need for quarterly and annual reporting. Highly recommended.
Asana review
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track multiple tasks for multiple projects and communicate with colleagues within those tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
UX is not entirely intuitive, at first finding where things are was a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely with clients can be a challenge, so organized project management keeps everyone on the same page. It’s easier than sending emails back and forth.
Simple project and team management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has changed the way my business runs. Managing my team and our projects has never been easier! I'm excited that they added the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major faults with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team and project management has been made so simple. I'm able to lay out everyone's workload and it decreases time spent going back and forth via email.
Sensational tool to organize everything.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a participatory tool, it allows you to document your results in a project, save notes, documents, privately and you can also share information with your colleagues, of course, depends on the needs. Asana helps you keep track of progress and have quick information, including notifications that I find excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not discovered any function that I dislike, is a friendly, adaptive and allows changes in colors or backgrounds, that way it helps to be more pleasant to work. Organize tasks and response time is very simple and fast, and the most important thing is that you learn to work with this tool quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to organize my work (documents), either to save my reports and my superiors so they can access it and make observations. It also allows me to visualize the tasks that my colleagues are doing and to be able to assign and supervise what they are doing.
Easy to Keep Track of Colleagues' Work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for keeping track of your team's to-do items. It allows you to create tasks with subtasks, due dates, assignees, and upload any type of document that you want to each task. We primarily use it for marketing campaigns, but it allows us to divvy up the work and keep track on everyone's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana isn't any different than using a free service like Google Calendars or Trello where you assign people tasks with due dates. It does, however, have a simplistic view so it's easy to see what everyone is doing without having to look up the dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed our team to assign tasks that also notify us through Gmail. We are able to see subtasks as well as any document that is attached to each item, which allows for an organized system. I personally love it for the fact that I'm able to see what all of my colleagues are doing in Asana and access their information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have room in your budget to include Asana, it's a great software that allows you to keep track of all of your team's tasks and subtasks. However, many consider free softwares like Trello and Google Calendar to keep track of tasks, so it depends on what you value: inexpensive or easy usability?
