Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create new projects for whatever you need. Tasks are easy to add and assign. Lots of great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of what I use is available in the free version, so there’s nothing I dislike except the inability to administratively manage other users on my teams without premium service. There’s a lot more that can be done with premium service, of course, but not stuff I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit is being able to visualize all steps for every project/client.
Good Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very clean and easy to use UI, you can share your project/tasks across multiple boards. Recently they have added issue tracking functionalities and integrations with Product Management tools like Aha, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
More great options are on paid plans and not on the free plan.

If you are looking for a simple tool to track tasks, due dates, projects and share it across multiple teams, it is great tool! Most of the functionalities are accessible free of charge, but if you want to get the most out of it, you will have to go with the paid version.
One of the Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the best project management tool i have ever used. it simple to use. works are assigned effectively with asana and can monitor each work and fetch the progress of each work in time. it can send files like screenshots with the review or comment of each task

personally, i dont like its ui much it should give some dark mode functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The management system is better than other software, cleaner and clearer. I like that you can assign management dependencies. The price point is also important
What do you dislike about the product?
Still looks too much like Trello, I will simplify it even further,, like Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for videogame development with small teams, the benefit is that is quite easy to use and everyone got on board fast a quick.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, attractive and simple interfaces, it works really well. The ability to create tasks, project templates, color coded calendars and visual presentations is the best thing. The software works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign tasks to multiple users, this issue often occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to manage projects in better manner. ASANA also allows you to have a workspace for work and personal. Task and schedule organization works well and allows project teams to collaborate on goals and deadlines.

If you need a project management software then asana is it.

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the features of asana. They allow us to keep tabs on everything we do, and it helps us stay efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a paywall to some helpful features. Which is expected, I suppose. It can get a little confusing at times. However, the more you use it, the easier it becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the production meeting dilemma. With asana, we require fewer meetings to keep us on track. It allows the whole team to see what is going on at a specific time.

Check out all the features of the free version first. That may bee all you need.
Best for Creative Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
That you can add a list of tasks, assign them and add subtasks to the tasks with specific deadlines to each of them, so you are controlling every step on the way of your big task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not being able to customize your notifications. Like just getting specific notifications on each of the subtasks, but also sometimes I feel is not that necessary because the way Asana displays all the projects and tasks, let me follow easily all of the assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving lots of emails and email threads that sometimes don't make sense, especially when talking and assigning tasks to several numbers of people.

It is really easy to learn to use Asana, it just takes a little time and then you will be in love with it.
ASANA IS REALLY SIMPLE TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
its simplicity and the colours. It has also many free features to use and they can be enough for a small team. The good about asana is that they respect the size of the team. a small team is not able to pay alot, but a medium team is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive enough, to set it up I had to do it all by myself and not with the help of some academy or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
project and task management. Except that we all have a timeschedule created for each member of the group. We have also all our targets in one place.

We use Asana for weekly task planning and it has pretty good user interfaces compared with other tools like Trello -- it also has a great desktop client which helps us a lot.

Sometimes the website got down which can be annoying.
