Great app to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and intuitive interface makes it a great app

There’s no ability to add semi-steps for big tasks

What do you like best about the product?
It is the fantastic tool for organizing team. It is really amazing. It has simplified our work management. It is the best ever tool for making schedules. It has become the best tool for managing products. It enables users to gather all the information of clients simply within a glance. I love its clean and super easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having all positive experience with Asana. The only drawback is that it lacks the inability of creating sub tasks otherwise it works so amazingly. I have not seen any other bad thing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall Asana is the great tool for ultimate planning. It consists of interesting array of features. In all aspects it helps me a lot in tracking almost all my tasks. It has simplified the process of visualizing tasks as well as deadlines. The most worth mentioning feature is that it comprises of so many options for organizing data as well as projects. Summing up my views I would say it is only Asana who has made task assigning process really easy and introduced easy ways of communicating about them.

Asana is loaded with tons of interesting features. I think everybody should take advantage out of this superb product. I am sure it will let you forget all other remaining products.

Asana has a great instrument with which I can catch up on my ventures, I can deal with my exercises effectively and immediately, when I can say that its interface is very intelligent.

Its interface needs personalization, something else that troubles me a little is that I will in general dispense with the cards unintentionally, since the erase catch is consistently in sight.

Asana is a stage with which I have had the option to create numerous ventures as a group, I can introduce extra additional items to include explicit capacities which are useful for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can set up my to-do tasks as a reminder so that I do not forget my tasks, this functionality also helps me remind other members of my team when a new task is added and when a task is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I include more than one hundred and fifty (150) team members the whole system tends to slow down, this can be annoying as I actually have at least five hundred team mates from different groups I oversee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently involved in transportation, more specifically bicycle transportation and a good number of my staff are volunteers so I use Asana to organize all individual projects which in turn helps drive transportation that is not harmful to the environment.

More capacity to include more team members

There are now too many places for pieces of information to hide that I get lost in our work quite often

Friendly workflow, easy to set up our work plan and processes with the team.

At the begging it was overwhelming but as every new tool, when you learn how to use it, it can be powerful.

I can organize and track work with my team. It allow us to be synchronized.

It's very helpful for business and personal.
Easy to use, no training needed
What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy to just create an account and start using it. My work uses another project management tool that has more features than the free version of Asana, but I don't need the bells and whistles.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the cooler features are only available as a Premium member, which I guess is understandable. So the free version really is no frills. I also wish that when I pick a view (List vs Timeline vs Calendar), that it would save that view so I wouldn't have to always switch to that. Minor issue though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of little tasks related to an ongoing project, so Asana is really helpful for keeping track of all of those smaller deadlines. I also use it to communicate with my organization's web developer. It keeps us both accountable so things don't get lost in email.
No option for time tracking.

I like how you are able to see only your assignments. Makes things easy and quick

I dislike that a time tracking option is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that it is very user friendly, which is helpful for someone who is not as tech savvy as me.
We used to track bugs for web and Android platrorm

We could filter out using combinations like priority severity,date range

I would love to download the data in other formats as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track progress of the bugs with the ETA and maintain the state of bugs accordingly
