Fast lightweight task tracker - worth to see and use
What do you like best about the product?
Fast lightweight task tracker with very handy alerts and lighting searching through everything.
Project are easy to track through, couple clicks to distrubute all task and separate them with colored labels.

It's not related to the features, but I wasn't able to use app on my phone - it requires 11 iOS minimum.
Also pricing is a bit high comparing to other competitors.

Tasks distribution, flow control.

Asana has cool trial period - try onece and you'll be able to judge after it.

What do you like best about the product?
It certainly has many positive factors that stand out on the platform but some of them are fundamentally important for its correct operation and great deployment, I like the organization based on the schedule and its activity board, everything is connected in a perfect way to track the activities and talk directly with the work team to exchange files and documents and point out novelties, its integral function allows to control work times efficiently and improve the tasks of each project with great distress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations in offering graphic options for individual performance and performance of the teams or work groups, its offer of alerts and alarms of novelties or inconveniences is limited to offer tools that allow to detect problems prior to the event, this implies that no You can always have control over problems not provided for in the action plan of each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the area of development of architecture, engineering and construction projects, it is an efficient and optimal solution since its operating structure allows me to manage several projects in a linear manner and keep in touch with my work team to update each stage of the project and make monitoring the times and tasks scheduled in the calendar, resulted in an obvious benefit in the improvement of production and decision making based on the information offered by its main board where you can get the necessary information of the project in execution.

Asana has been a great resource for me and my team in my work. I have several aspects to my job, which means that many things easily fall through the cracks, but Asana really helps me to stay on track with every project.

I use the free version, but I still really haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

Asana is a simple and effective way to communicate with those I work with. Since most of my work is based on due dates, Asana has saved me many times from forgetting tasks in different projects.

Asana lets team be more productive and easily organise their work. With the help of tasks, all your assignments are clear and easy to find, which increases team productivity.

Sometimes it's difficult to find already completed tasks and it gets overwhelming with all its features.

We used to manage our projects with email, skype, excel, etc, but after a friend of mine recommended asana, our workflow is much smoother and the results are better.

Asana has a perfect structure, it is very user friendly and full of option. You can create task, sub-task and monitoring them with due time or project order.

Asana has a lot of feature in Asana Premium, but The price is not affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to be more productive at work because with it I can organize my tasks in such a way that my team can work on what really matters, it has a very intuitive interface with which I can create documents, add images, lists and I It allows me to configure my tasks in the calendar.

What I don't like about Asana is that it doesn't allow me to customize my board as much as I want, and I wish I could change the appearance of some things on its interface.

Asana is great at allocating tasks to team members, its clear when tracking conversation history just how well a project is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Asana is a good task-based software but not a holistic enough project management software. It can be difficult to see at a glance the overview of a project's progress. Additions to improve it would be a project timeline status bar and a navigation bar that has more condensed progress feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was helping us to allocate work to various team members but we found that there was no significant difference to using the platform and that email each other was just as effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe other platforms such as Trello help businesses gain a more holistic view of project management and thus I am unlikely to recommend.
