Asana...if you're into that sorta thing.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for a particular type of organizational mind. If you're that type, enjoy it to its fullest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana looks and feels like an emotionless pit of soul crushing tasks that will haunt you until completed. The design team could have truly used more tactical empathy training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners have used Asana to deliver film production notes. This could be very efficient, and at its core, it is. However, the delivery method and experience of Asana is not built for creatives, and therefore, it is polarizing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to deliver tasks for your team if the tool fits your leadership style.

What do you like best about the product?
All basic features from the Free Plan is already enough for my work and business needs. I've used so many project management softwares already and I can say that Asana has everything I need. You can either make a list type project or a board type project. Most of the time our company uses list type projects. You can divide each project by sections and you can also add milestones for each section. You can assign tasks, set due dates and set recurring tasks.
In the Free Plan, you can create as many teams as you want. In each team, you can create several projects. So you can have an Accounting Team, Purchasing Team, Customer Service Team, and so on.
Their mobile app also works great for me. It is easy to use and navigate. Nothing special, it works the same like the web app.
It's worth noting that their Premium Plan has many great features too. Like having a timeline, use custom fields, use forms, and many more. If budget is not a problem, I high suggest to upgrade to Premium Plan.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike from this web app. Maybe just need to improve their mobile app a little and make it look like the web app. I think some functions are not available in the mobile app but it is very minimal. Otherwise, it will still be my daily driver for work and business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks is really difficult sometimes but Asana simplifies everything. After using Asana for several years, there's no way we are going to switch to any similar tools in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Free Plan is more than enough but if budget permits, the Premium Plan is all worth it.
Task Management app features are hit and miss. This one checks a lot of boxes
What do you like best about the product?
Asana flows and allows subtask creation in a way that my brain works well with. Many task management apps do not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to assign a person to a task makes the quick task creation take a moment longer than I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the things that are a priority, but unable to be dealt with at this moment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's almost a blend of OmniFocus and Wunderlist
Asana is an essential tool for our task management
What do you like best about the product?
As an account manager who works frequently with our product team, Asana has become an essential task management tool. It's an intuitive and effective way to communicate our product needs, assign tasks, and track what's being completed. Our whole team now relies on it! My favorite part is the ease of the layout - you can navigate easily and communicate within tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had started using this sooner! Other than having to adjust my notifications, everything with Asana has been smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really a communication and task management tool for our team between product and sales / account management. As our product evolves, Asana is necessary for us to integrate and act on client feedback in an organized and goal-oriented way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a number of ways to use Asana, so I would spend some time playing around to really see all the functionality. One unique way we use is to manage our company blog. We assign dates for each post to be completed and can easily track who has done what. It's made it easy for us to begin our blog and stay on top of it!
Great software for managing tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the web interface and the cloud aspect of the project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for paid the business version is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to manage many Project and Jobs. This software has added transparency to many departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great software for project managing with a great cloud/web style interface.
Very nice, simple project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calming layout of Asana. And the overall function of the program helps to cut down on wasted time. It just gets straight to the point and helps you keep larger goals in mind. It's easy to use and there is no way to mess up or lose your place.
My favorite part was probably the color coding. I am very big on this feature in any program.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that I "dislike" anything, but the issue is that Asana was not right for me. I found that Asana does not have the robust document upload capabilities and other bells and whistles that I prefer. And actually, it generally did not have the features that I enjoyed in some other programs I have used. I know that simplicity is the name of the game for Asana, but I feel there are ways to add features without making it busy and cluttered.
That being said, those few and bare features may work for some users, especially solopreneurs and small teams. I think Asana is what it needs to be, I just don't fall into the category of person who needs it.

For a short period of time, we were using Asana to manage our individual tasks. We found that we outgrew the system pretty quickly though.
Best UX project management tools
What do you like best about the product?
clear UX, simple and easy to use tools. we can easily spot the blocker each task and person
What do you dislike about the product?
i think it should be have option for mind map integration for brain storming and clear eagle eyes view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can easily spotted blocker each task, time management and deadline avoider :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
trust me, if you have large team to manage, it's affordable tools to use. simple and easy to operate
Life. Saver.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana streamlines everything. Where I was getting task assignments through 5+ outlets (and failing to keep track of 50%), Asana ensures that all tasks are in one place, sends me notifications on due dates, allows a one-stop-shop for all relevant information, and is generally such a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are automatically set to email users for every task, and for people who are unaware that there is a mobile app and only rely on the email notifications, Asana clutters inboxes and does not streamline work processes. However, once users realize that there is a mobile and browser application, all problems are solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't lose track of assigned tasks anymore; I am able to communicate and clarify tasks and instructions right in the app through comments. Users can upload graphics, categorize tasks according to bigger projects, and follow other people's tasks to stay up-to-date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Just use it.
Asana is pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great, straightforward project management tool. I found it really helpful for being able to keep project details all in one place, as well as to be able to easily track my day-to-day tasks. Being able to see a record of comments is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say anything on my end that I dislike about Asana. I have had issues with clients having difficulty / confusion locating files that were uploaded to individual tasks. Our management ended up switching from Asana to another product that was more highly customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. I found that it was great to be able to keep all your project details in one spot and was really easy to use. It helped to keep me organized and on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before choosing asana, I would make a list of all the functionality that you need and make sure that it is in-depth enough for your needs. I found Asana to be a really straightforward, easy to use project management tool. However, my superiors at my current company found that they needed more in depth tracking functionality and we ended up switching over to Wrike.
