Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana's support, we can track projects, give due dates and feedback, and stay organized through tasks team-wide!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to get "lost" in your tasks if you don't organize properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily hold other teammates accountable for due dates and have multiple team members on a project at once. The visibility is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It serves a great purpose with project management, including the ability to add feedback, due dates, stakeholders, etc. It's worth it!
Easy simple and according to my needs
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is agility and adaptability because formal and informal communication within our company flows faster since document management is much easier thanks to integrations with different cloud services such as Google Drive or DropBox. It also allows you to track tasks in real time without using other software.
I also really like that it can be used both at the business and personal level, since I also carry my personal agenda and household chores with Asana, I love it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like is that it doesn't have an instant messenger chat, although I understand that it has integration with Google Hangouts, but I wish it had its own chat.

Before using Asana, we manage our projects by email and with a Gant table, something rudimentary is enough now with Asana it is much easier to keep track of the tasks and discuss the organization of the projects in them. A very easy tool to use in just hours you understand all its operation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many are guided by Asana as a software for managing projects used in large companies, my recommendation is not to use it if you are a small business because it is a tool that is added to any organization. I recommend it for what it is for its implementation and use.
I’ve joked about getting the Asana logo tattooed on my wrist
What do you like best about the product?
Even using the free version, the functionality is incredible. With a little creativity, we built our own social media content posting schedule and approval mechanisms. Keeping team assignments moving along as they should is a breeze (no creativity required). It provides an excellent means of seeing what’s on other people’s plates, as well. I’ve actually taken to using it as a personal task management system, as I love the ability to set recurring tasks, create checklists, and attach links, files and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to effectively distribute work, your entire team needs to participate. If supervisors are not assigning tasks (or you fail to note the tasks you’ve been assigned), a major benefit is rendered moot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Easy to see what people are working; allows for a more thoughtful, organized distribution of work
- Ability to organize and better prioritize my daily tasks
- Notes/files/attachments feature helps keep all task-related information in one place (no more frantic Outlook searches!)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not a big fan of the Harvest integration; our organization's timekeeping requirements are fairly specific, and I find I have to do too much editing to reconcile task descriptions in Asana and time slip entries in Harvest.
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, collaboration, task list, chronology. Everything is made to organize your work easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Maybe in few months! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone had GoogleSheets everywhere, with roadmaps etc. We centralized everything and that's much more productive!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for Trial first, try it and pay it!
Best Project Management Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The training and education modules. Not to mention the flexibility to use in any industry. The robust forum and support from the community are refreshing and there's generally a response within a day from either Asana or a representative. The growing market of users helps to implement new features almost every month it feels like. And, they're user-driven features not what the company thinks is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The only thing would be wanting some more integrations to consider. The one thing that would be a great addition is time-tracking and project forecasting for project managers to utilize. They do have workflows and timelines but still in its infancy stage. I may also be asking a little too much from an already robust system that has so much flexibility to use. The one thing to consider is due to the flexibility, don't let it get off the rails internally and stick to a standard operating procedure or make sure your team goes through even the basic training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EVERYTHING! Asana is so flexible to work with any industry. From task delegation to customer followups, even form integration to auto-create tasks. Tough to beat when compared to any other platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Looking for a flexible alternative to your everyday task delegation but stuck trying to choose from the sea of alternatives? Asana is where it is primarily due to the strong support and training structure.
Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Since I work primarily in email it makes it super easy to drag and drop tasks to different columns as work progresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an external brief and it would be nice to include in each project but we can’t breakdown the tasks and assign to different peoe

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar to have an overview about all our recent and upcoming projects (within our team and crossover the company)
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have many projects it's not that easy to find the right one you need. The color of the project helps a bit but for me it's quiet confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task overview for the qhole team (also with external stkeholders).
Asana keeps track so I don’t have to
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate to do lists across my computer and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the paid functionalities were available for free, like setting creation dates for tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There isn’t a computer app. I have to use a 3rd party app to make one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a good option for task tracking.
Can't live without it
