What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it kept me organized and it helped me stay on task with the multiple hats I was juggling at the time. It was also a relatively easy platform to use and helped me visualize how much I had left on my plate and what I should anticipate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some struggles I had with the interface. It wasn't as intuitive as Podio or simple as Google Tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think seeing where everyone is at with a project is super critical. It's easy to work in silos and it's nice to use this as a collaborative work tool that's not only a to do list, but it helps map out project management timelines. You are also able to hold colleagues accountable for their work.

Ease of the program, app on the iPhone for 24 hour access to task management

There is nothing about Asana that I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
I quite like the ability to assign tasks to various people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how difficult it was for some of my team members to learn to use Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been helpful in solving communication problems and project management issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has been very helpful for my organization. There is definitely a learning curve involved, particularly with those members of our team that are less tech savy.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface - I love the colors and the text. Easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is a double-edged sword. It's definitely a super system but it is definitely overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked it out with my colleague - made it more simpler

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive, easy to use, and helps keep our growing team organized with multiple tasks and projects for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the tool is great and with the improvements Asana is already making, I don't have anything I can put my finger on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we are solving by using Asana is overall project management support - when a client has an issue, sends in an email, mentions an item they want us to look into on a call, we need some place to note the item, estimate the level or effort, breakdown the tasks, and then share it with the team and people doing the work. Asana is an excellent place for this shared project management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Asana for a project management software. We have some clients who use it, and we integrate with their projects, as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can assign team members tasks and get updates on where they are with tasks and attach documents. The calendar feature is really helpful in staying on track with projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the number of emails and notifications I get from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we have cut down on staff meetings through using Asana which everyone appreciates and we are able to accomplish more with the extra time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I enjoy using Asana and it's saved our team time!

Quick and Easy Task Manager

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an out of the box solution that you can use individually or as a team. I personally think you get a lot more value out of the product when you use it as a collaborative task manager to divide out different pieces of a project. It's clean UI transfers well to mobile app and makes it easy to always see how much you have due at a given time. You can assign items to yourself or others, tag tasks to projects, have chats within the task or project, etc. There is a slack integration too but I haven't used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of desired features are hidden in the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks, recording projects, splitting out team responsibilities. It's great that it's shareable with my manager too so she always knows how much is on my plate. We can have chats in Asana too so that communication about a project stays within that project

Give it a shot, but it's best for a team.

What do you like best about the product?
easy and efficient project management tool. With asana you can work effectively with various projects and different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes bugs ( while copying project or having multiple people mentions (@) in comment section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital advertising projects. Easy to use, easy to set up, various options and integrations with other software.

just try for couple of months and you will fall in love with it

What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to get set up and implement it for our team! It's so easy to streamline and get started, especially when you need to get something in place fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize it a little more for our branding purposes and maybe have it fully integrated in our gmail dashboard!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing this to communicate about the status of projects we are working on to make sure we are staying on task and will have things done by the deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is one place where I can see all that I need to accomplish. I used to write down a to-do list every day, and this is way more efficient

I wish there was a way to integrate it into my calendar so I could get alerts about when I have upcoming tasks due - a week from now, a day from now or "tasks due today:

Make sure your employees are committed to using it. We "use it" but a lot of people never log-in or don't check it as often as they should
