What do you like best about the product?
It is a web based project management tool that can be shared among your team. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like about the product as it is simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have centralized all our projects for everyone on our team. We can see each project progress as we all add and fill in notes to update our team.
10/10 - Asana makes working on multiple things easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Love having everything in one place, it is very easy to work with. The satisfaction of being able to check something off is such a great motivation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free very basic version. Even if it is just a checklist. I could not work without it but would love to bring it into my personal life as well. That is how much I love asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to get feedback, asana will create subtasks based on what co-workers add for revisions, it is nice to have one list to check through as you go instead of unmapping emails to try to find what you need to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test Asana by using the trail. Take advantage of all the information provided by asana to help you learn everything it does (which is a lot). Use Asana Academy, Asana Guide, or even read the blog. There are so many great resources to help get you started.
Great Asana Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing projects and delegating tasks. When you have many marketing projects and operation projects Asana does make it easier to break them down
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the communication involved with projects was hard to follow. Also the notification system seemed buggy at times and could be very bothersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination of projects across departments with accountability.

It is a great product to use when you need project management software for inter-department work.
Good Software - Need More Time With It
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. Like how organized and clean the layout are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment ... Asana provides great awareness for all parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with an email automation software company that uses Asana. It has kept us on track to complete the launch. It's a great way to communicate with you are 3 hours away from there training facility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a clean, ease of use CRM - Asana is worth looking at. It has a very organized way to laying out each task that the PM provides. The notifications are great and are sent directly to your email even with you aren't logged into the software. I would give this software a hard look again in a few years when we are reviewing our software to maybe make a switch. Keep up the great work Asana!

I like the interface of Asana the best. It's intuitive, organized well, and makes planning projects simple.

I don't dislike anything about Asana, it's a great product.

It is a great tool to start from but gets complex with bigger teams and projects.

Simple UI, great time tracking tools, many great 3rd party extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be stronger. Asana does lack in this area compared to other similar software (Jira for example)

keeping track of team mates time all within one simple UI.
The perfect project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to manage projects and tasks very easily. After the latest updates, you can use Asana in a very similar way to the better known Trello. It is possible, in fact, to create specific boards to manage projects. With a little imagination, you can also transform everything into an excellent CRM for customer management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately some interesting features, like making private projects to some team members, are paid. However, the monthly amount is not high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I manage a team of 7 people, allowing an efficient and optimal flow of communication, without ever losing information or tasks to accomplish within certain deadlines.

In Asana we can also find completed tasks using multiple filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we have more than 800 tasks quality was poor.
