What do you like best about the product?
that they have reminders. I also like how i can readily see comments from my team

that I can't add multiple projects even though I am not using my old projects

my team members are really using it. I know you all have an app but maybe its just my team. We start off good and then I think we get lost in the Asana shuffle

Best Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the whole interface. It is very sleek and modern but also very easy to use. I love that you can assign things to people and create teams and create personal to do lists. It is super great to help manage a team and just for personal time and workflow management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the messaging feature can be confusing. I think you do have to get the hang of it and practice with it a little but once you get the hang of it, I think it is super helpful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, organization, time management, prioritizing, team collaboration
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really is helpful for managing a team or even just personal tasks. It helps to keep you accountable and to keep the team running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, but not quite developed when I began using the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit convoluted. Not easy to navigate and felt messy.

Currently not using the program.

Like to organize by project, give due dates and assign to others

Dislike that you can't do multistep lists- everything needs to be individual tasks

Easy to use, quick loading, great collaboration

Task Lists for Teams and Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I work with multiple teams, assigning and following up on tasks. Asana helps me to keep up with multiple projects and teams at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit confusing to use and takes some time to adjust. The ability to create folders with shared information without setting tasks would be helpful. With some ongoing projects, It is useful to have a shared area to keep documents and resources, but eliminate the requirement to "check off" as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management. Now that we this tool, we have become much more efficient in tracking the status of a project, assigning tasks to individuals, maintaining deadlines, and tracking how long it takes to complete a project. Very helpful for long-term projects or future projects as we can add resources to share but don't need currently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great for keeping team members on the same page.
Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like asana because it is a web-based to-do list that can be easy to organize. Tasks can be divided into jobs and prioritized. I also love the team collaboration feature and the ability to use it on an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that I could see what I need to get done in every category and not just in the task list that pops up first. It makes me tempted just to list everything I need to do in that one list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see what I need to do next whether I am in the office or not. It has also become an organized place to hold information for whenever I need it. Sometimes, I even use it to record ideas on the go.
I LOVE Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily share projects and tasks with my team members even if they don't have an Asana account!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all the complex features. I wish that there were a basic "mode" with less ways to tag and categorize. It all confuses me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Asana to plan out my projects and stay on task.

The free version of Asana is perfect for small business or sole props looking to watch their budget.
Making assigning tasks easier
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of assigning tasks and completing tasks assigned to me. I find it helpful to switch between calendar view and the task views. Using the calendar view I know what to prioritize and what I should be working on first. I also like the way the app is designed, it is visually pleasant. I am curious to try the new dashboard setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot look at two different projects in different tabs at the same time. I also think that it is time consuming to add new tasks to asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having several stakeholders be able to track a project and see what stage it is at, and who is working on it. We also use it to prioritize tasks above each other. We like using asana not only within our organization but to align tasks with contractors and outside vendors/ other organizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth is for complicated tasks with a lot of stakeholders, less so for individual use. Putting tasks in the app can be quite time consuming.
Project Management for Entrepreneur
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new changes to Asana like the board layout. Seeing tasks this way is helpful for both clients & me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much I do not like about Asana. There's a small learning curve. But once I teach clients, they understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is EMPTY! I only communicate and share docs via Asana. I no longer have to search my inbox for docs. It's all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's much easier to use that the other competitors IMo. Use the board options and teach clients how to use it when you onboard and communication will be a breeze.
